Krásné ubytování, milá obsluha, dobré jídlo. Hned u krásné a dlouhé písečné pláže. Příjemné recepční Rashmi a Shalika. Moc se nám tu líbilo, vše nám chutnalo a mají tu celkem dobrý výběr nápojů. Pláž je ideální na procházky a koupání ve vlnách. Dokonce jsme viděli želvy na pláži.

Had a genuinely lovely stay. What stood out most was the warmth and attentiveness of the team—from the very first interaction at Check in, right upto Check out. The team in the restaurant, deserves special mention—the service was exceptional, with thoughtful attention to detail and a real effort to make each dining experience enjoyable. Shiva, Sanka,Nilantha, Roshini and Subashini made restaurant touchpoints feel seamless and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.You can tell there’s pride in what they do. It's also good to see that the hotel carries a "lead by example mindset" with the GM himself "walking the talk" at operational levels. Overall, a relaxing stay made even better by a team that truly cares about guest experience. Would definitely return.

Our second stay at EKHO Surf Bentota was just as wonderful as the first — if not even better. It truly feels like a second home to us now. What made this visit especially memorable was the exceptional care and attention from the team, particularly the guest relations staff, Kanchana and Malisha. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Their warm, friendly approach and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression, and they were especially amazing with my little one, who now considers them best friends. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious with a great variety to enjoy. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail of the service reflected true professionalism and care. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at EKHO Surf Bentota for another unforgettable stay.
