Beautiful hotel in walking distance to one of Arosa's ski lifts. Staff was very friendly and the hotel comes with great anemities such as decent SPA as well as ski storage. We booked the smallest room class whhich indeed is very small. Our room did not come with a desk and storage was not very plentyful. However, the beds are comfy and views are great. We booked half-board which I would not do again. While the breakfst buffet offers a great selection the dinner was a big disappointment. Food was average and portions were way too small considering you've been skiing all day. We always left hungry. I also feel that regular water should come free of charge during dinners when booking half board - maybe even coffee or tea - and not come at an extra cost.

Location good close to the railwaystation abd mountain view. Atmosphere multi cultural stuff nice and helpful. Rooms clean comfortable quite, nice view. Garage well easy to reach the rooms. Breakfast well everything available. Dinner top floor. Pizzas super. Ordinary food not enough variety. Polenta salty. Value for money below average. Friendly stuff yes. Kitchen needs to be reorganized. Massage polish lady well done professional. Pool ok insufficient spas. Water quality good.

The hotel was perfect for our family with two teenagers coming from Australia. Arosa itself is stunning. The hotel was Artdeco modern absolutely beautiful. 5-10 minutes walk from the main Arosa chairlift so perfect location. The family suite was big enough for the four of us.. the kids room had no windows but the teens loved their 'bunker'. The breakfast was sensational and something we looked forward to each day. The pool, lazy river and wellness room was perfect and fairly quiet (we went outside the Swiss school holidays). The staff were helpful and lovely. I booked far in advance so good value. The views from the hotel are amazing. Bad bits: shower leaked? no fridge in the room? None of this was a problem.. We would be back again in a heartbeat (if we could afford it).

A nice and clean hotel in itself, but...: The service and food are not up to 4-star hotel standards. The portions are so small that it even says so on the menu: ‘Our portions are carefully balanced – for enjoyment without waste...’. Second helpings cost extra. Waiting times for food were extremely long, and we were cheated three times: the sorbet was ice cream, the chestnut soup was mushroom soup, and chicken breast was served instead of beef brisket. There was very little fruit for breakfast: Unripe kiwi and apple/pear. Cheapest ham (cotto). We will avoid this hotel in future.

The hotel could do more and promises more. A 4-star hotel, which it certainly once was, with potential, but this now needs to be realized. Well-intentioned comments about poor service are acknowledged with a nod and “I'll pass it on,” but unfortunately without any response. It's better to have a hot meal than not to have it served at the same time. It's the little things that make the difference, whether it's extra charges for breakfast or dinner despite booking half board, or the lack of information about different price scales when issuing ski passes at reception.
