Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok

The location of the hotel is excellent , we felt welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we departed . The reception staff were charming. However Bank really stood out and helped us on many occasions during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Bank. Num was also very helpful. In fact everybody we encountered in this hotel was really accommodating and friendly

Very friendly staff especially Tikk the doorman! Always so happy and cheerful and was a real delight everyday! “Happy days!” Is his signature saying! Hotel very clean and lovely big and comfortable beds. Massive buffet for breakfast that has all kinds of foods to satisfy all nationalities. Would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel and staff are amazing but special shoutout to the fantastic door man “Tikk” everyday he made our day brighter and asked where we were going eager to give advice.
