Lovely experience in the spa , friendly staff and accommodating with treatment.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Special thanks to K. Party at the bar for the excellent and helpful service. K. Maikee kindly helped us coordinate with Chef as a surprise cake for my sister, which made the occasion very special. We would also like to thank K. Nant-Bell man for being polite, attentive, and for recommending delicious food at check out process. During check-out, K. Kathy and Ko In were very kind and professional, making the process smooth and efficient. In addition, K. Pream, K. Mikin, and the Reservation Team handled our reservation and pre-arrival payment process seamlessly and smoothly. Everyone made us feel truly special and well cared for throughout our stay as. The customer service at The Pullman, Khao Lak is excellent. Dining staff - Gai, Jiw, Bee & Job - very happy to help, just lovely ♡. Rosalyn Spa - Jenny & Ton - very good... they listen to instructions and did a great job ♡. The room servicing crew, top notch. Beds & pillows are comfortable. Pool area is very social & friendly especially around the pool bar. Again, bar staff are terrific. Internet can be a bit dodgy 🤷
