Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket

Wynhand is wonderfully located. Close to the beach, but away from a busybroad. The atmoshere is super. All staff are mostly friendly and hihgly proffessional. Special thanks to Fat Jyb at reception who kindly provided us late check out with no fee. The room is immensely comfortable, viewing the jungles. Cleaning is on a very high level. Many thanks to Mo from the Fitness center for two excellent trainings. All amenities are facilities are awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing facilities and hotel I keep returning

Really nice huge resort, have water all over, canals and lovely view of green high hills. Like the water fonten, running water on the Lagun. Great big balconey, felt like home inside room, nice bathroom, nice bed, good sport channels etc. Friendly staff, prices high but normal top resort. Place will visit again as club member

The hotel layout was odd and looked much better in photos. Rooms surround the pool, so unless the sun is directly overhead, you’re in shade most of the time. Something to keep in mind if you’re after proper sun. The biggest downside was the constant battle for sunbeds, which made it feel like a budget European hotel. There were chairs around the pool, but they weren’t really usable for relaxing. The beach is a 5–10 minute walk, but not great, so we only went a couple of times. It just wasnt nice and the sun beds were old and nasty. My main issue was how they handled our booking when our Dubai flight was cancelled due to the Iran conflict. Despite the situation being completely out of our control, they refused to accommodate us properly. They offered to change dates, but only by downgrading our room and charging us MORE. No flexibility, no effort to help. It came across as very money-driven and left a bad impression. We totally appreciate the need for refund policies. But I think to have asked for more money for a downgrade was insulting. We stayed there for the few nights we had left of our booking and left. We went to another hotel in Kamala and had an amazing time. Kamala was lovely. Shout out to Ayara Kamala where we stayed the rest of our trip.

We had the best timw as a family! Rooms and pools were amazing. Staff were the best! We will definitely visit again :) we loved it all
