The guy in the gym is very helpful and also at the kids club heng is the best in all the activities and handling the kids at kids club as well

This hotel is SUCH a gem. The kindest most accommodating staff ever (my favorite part). Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. I am genuinely shocked by such the great price. The only thing (which is not their fault), is that because of the environment and climate there was an occasional sighting of a large roach or two, however hotel housekeeping addresses this immediately. I would stay here again and again when visiting Phuket.

Wonderful resort. Spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing. My wife’s birthday during our stay. Happy Birthday song at breakfast. Every staff member bowed and said happy birthday including head chef and the resort GM. That night flowers towel animals and happy birthday on our bed. I mentioned at dinner I have a severe pineapple alergy. Bar staff double washed every shaker before cocktails to ensure no contamination. Highly recommended.

Excellent facilities, wonderful room, warm, friendly and excited to help you staff! Food is some of the best I've had in Thailand. Compliments to the chef of Sofya restaurant and superb waiters there! Rooms are large, spacious and modern. Pool wraps around parts of the buildings with a party vibe in the center and the entrance, and a more secluded private and quiet vibe in the back (ie. building B and C). Reasonably Priced for the quality. Relatively near the beach, with frequent shuttle service to spectacular Naiharn beach! Very recommended!

Staff were amazing the kindest staff. Cleaned our rooms so well. Bathroom was very clean and spacious for two of us even had heated toilet seats. Quite far from the airport but taxis are cheap so it wasn’t a problem, same with leaving to go out wasn’t a big hassle. They had free activities on every day. Specifically Muay Thai who the instructor was incredibly kind and made the whole experience fun!
