Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay

My stay at Iberostar Kantaoui Bay was nothing short of excellent. The overall quality of service was outstanding — everything was well-organized, clean, and designed to make guests feel truly cared for. One of the highlights of my evenings was being served traditional Tunisian tea by the wonderful waiter Firas. Every night, with his signature warm smile and kind presence, he made our experience feel authentic and special. It's rare to find someone who brings such genuine hospitality and charm. The staff across all departments were professional and attentive, contributing to a relaxing and memorable stay. I’m truly grateful for the care and dedication of everyone working at the hotel. I highly recommend Iberostar Kantaoui Bay to anyone looking for both comfort and true Tunisian warmth.

Came with a friend for 4 days and was amazed by the service we received from all the staff. Our room cleaner Rodhio was exceptional, 5* service. Very polite and always happy to help with anything. The only thing we asked was for some more sugar and coffee and without hesitation she went and brought us more straight away with a lovely smile on her face. Every morning she always had a bright smile for us and was cheerful. The waiters in the dining area were also such a pleasure, greeting us at every meal and asking how we were and providing a lovely atmosphere to dine in. Lastly, the pool bar staff and lifeguards absolutely made our trip. Med and saffi Mahdi in particular looked after us very well, nothing was too much trouble. Med brought us new drinks as soon as we had finished the ones we had and was just lovely all round and saffi Mahdi entertained us with his cheekiness around the pool all day keeping us entertained while we lay in the sun. ALL the staff (too many names to remember) offered 5* service all day everyday with huge smiles on their faces. I cannot express how welcoming they all were to us and how relaxed they made us feel. We will definitely be coming back again and recommend to anyone thinking of going to just go!

Outstanding hotel with beautiful, spotlessly clean rooms, attentive staff and a wide variety of local cuisine along with a huge choice of dishes from around the world, there really is something for everyone. Set in beautiful gardens with an abundance of terraces and right on the white sandy beach The pools are glorious, well maintained and there is no shortage of loungers, towels or mattresses and the drinks of choice flow. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff I’ve found to be cheerful, helpful and really do their best to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one . For me as a solo female traveller this hotel ticks all the boxes , I felt safe, comfortable and extremely well looked after, I wanted for nothing. I can’t think of a single negative regarding my stay, so much so I’m already planning my next visit
