Royal Azur Thalasso

First time at Royal Azur Hammamet, we had a great stay. All staff were excellent, special shoutout to Mohammed and Amir in restaurant who gave outstanding service. A hotel worthy of its 5 star rating. Calm and relaxed atmosphere which is just what we wanted. Ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Great location for a walk into Hammamet centre, approx 25 minutes. We had such a great time that we have already booked again for next year

This is our first time in Tunisia and we had an amazing time and experience. The hotel was very well presented including their staff, amazing ambiance & excellent service! Specifically, Zaineb (Guest Relations Manager) who was very helpful & friendly and always welcoming us with her beautiful smile. She guided us through our journey here. However, the cuisines needs to be updated with variety of fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices. Hopefully, we will be coming back to Royal Azur again!

Overall a good quality, good value hotel with good service. The main restaurant had a super range of food. The gym in the adjoining hotel was extra though and it didn’t open very early, plus much of the equipment was out of action. Customer service from Zeinab was excellent. We really appreciated her help.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Amazing service,very attentive to us very nice pool, with wonderful views. Clean and perfect service,I recommend it blindly ! Shout out to Hana, Zaynab and Sabri and Markan at the reception and concierge desk ! Shout out to the bar staff that have been looking after us : Nawful, Wissem, Raise Mohammad and Walid running around the pool and terraces to serve us ! In the restaurant too great staff helping us with table and serving us and attentive to our needs . Two amazing cleaning ladies looking after our rooms. Thank you for making it a home like experience !

We had an amazing experience at Royal Azur. I contacted Zaineb who is the guest relation manager at Royal Azur to organise something for our anniversary. She was more than helpful with this and everything else during our stay. She decorated the room, reserved us a dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants and also prepared a cake. All of these things made our stay very special. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a resort in Tunisia
