I've just got back from a two week stay at this hotel and there is so much to say. I would like to start by saying that my partner and I had a wonderful holiday. This hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing and chilled out trip. The hotel itself has many things to offer, with a jewellery shop, a souvenir shop, spa, shisha lounge and excursions available, all at an extra charge. Though prices were not unreasonable. The main pool area is frequently busy, as is to be expected, however, we found a quiet little spot towards the back of the hotel. A collection of sun loungers situated between the waterslides and the aqua bar. This was where we spent the majority of our time and is a perfect place to relax with a book whilst soaking up the sun. The aqua bar serves a variety of soft drinks and the iced coffee is incredible. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the man working the bar, but he is truly a credit to the hotel and took care of us everyday. So, a huge thank you to him. There is three places to eat, the main buffet restaurant, the snack bar and an a la carte restaurant. Whilst I can only speak for the buffet restaurant, the variety of food was quite possibly the best that I have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel. I am a fairly picky eater but always found something to eat. There is a pasta station, a pizza station, a soup station, Tunisian local food and an array of meats. There was a great selection of desserts to choose from, including ice cream. The only thing that I will say is that allergens could be labelled more clearly. Many of the desserts had nuts in them but I had no idea. However, I'm sure that if you spoke to the restaurant staff, they would be more than happy to help. Nothing was too much for them. The world bar serves a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks with plenty of cocktails to choose from. The local lager served was also a beautiful drink. I would like to add a big shout out to Omar who was always ensuring that we were taken care of and was consistently refilling our drinks. Another credit to the hotel. The room itself was spacious and exactly what we needed. I would like to add that our room was on the first floor, and whilst there is a lift, the doors frequently didn't close and so couldn't be used. We were situated overlooking the gardens and the outdoor seating of the restaurant, with a small balcony that was perfect for evenings. The evening entertainment was held on a stage not too far from our room but with the balcony doors closed it was barely audible, and was always finished for about ten o'clock. Just a couple of small complaints about the room, however, nothing that dampened our holiday. The bed itself was two twin beds pushed together, and they would frequently come apart which wasn't ideal. The mattresses were a little hard but not unmanageable. I would also just be careful in the shower, there was a small anti slip mat in ours, but the rest of the shower does get very slippery. Not a problem for us but just take care. My partner and I made use of some of the amenities and would highly recommend. We went to the shisha lounge one evening and it cost twenty five dinar. An incredibly reasonable price and we had a great time. We also went quad biking with the excursions team at the hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. I believe it was two hundred and forty dinar for the two of us and lasted about two hours. Perfect for all levels and an exceptionally fun activity. The only true negative that I would like to comment on is the taxi drivers outside of the hotel. My partner and I had decided to head into Sousse for the afternoon and despite having booked a taxi ourselves, the security guard at the front of the hotel took us over to the taxi drivers. We tried explaining that we had booked our own taxi and they were not happy with this. I believe they had some sort of connection with the hotel and became increasingly aggressive when we tried to decline. Even threatening to phone the police if our taxi were to come. Because of this we felt pressured into using those taxi's and did so reluctantly. This entire situation made me really uncomfortable. I'm a fairly nervous and anxious person so we didn't try to venture out of the hotel on our own again. And just felt like people should be made aware of this. Overall we had a great time at the hotel, and like I said before it is the perfect place if you are looking for peace and relaxation.
I spent more than a week in this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. The service was excellent, the animation team was amazing, and the atmosphere was wonderful. A very special thank you to Ms. Abir and Ms. Soso for everything they did for us, especially with my baby youta. He really loved them and even told me that he is going to miss them so much. Their kindness and care truly made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for this beautiful experience. I highly recommend this hotel!
We have just got back, Big shout out to the entertainment team Willy, Rico and Muhammed fabulous guys, our waiters Chawki Atifi and Med Hbib Fateh absolutely brilliant service, the hotel is a little remote but we new that, we had everything we needed at the hotel, shop etc, there was no kettle in the room but we asked for one and it was brought to our room, great food, read some of the reviews and they said there's flies, well yes, but its not bad its same as having you door open at home and it is in Africa after all, the staff work so hard to keep it running and so clean the pool was great, couldnt fault it for the money to be honest
