Nejlepší hotel kde jsme zatím byly ,opravdu nádhera všude čisto , jídlo úplně úžasné a všeho dostatek , animační program jak pro děti tak dospělé , každý večer něco jiného , vodní atrakce pro všechny věkové kategorie , všichni velice milý , usměvavý . Určitě doporučuji a rádi se sem určite vrátíme .

Dovolenou v hotelu Long beach můžu jen doporučit. Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Hotel je opravdu krásný, bungalovy jsou umístěné v udržované rozlehlé zahradě. Všude je čisto. Cesta autobusem trvá cca 1,5h z Bodrumu nebo necelé 2h z Izmiru. Veškeré drobné potíže, které nám v průběhu pobytu vznikly, recepce okamžitě vyřešila. Nejvíce klientů je z Polska, pak z Anglie a Turecka, takže byl klid. Pokoje: my měli rodinný pokoj - 2 ložnice, opravdu krásné velké nové čisté pokoje, moderně zařízené. Každý den uklizeno + lahev vody na pokoj. Jídlo a pití: stravování je formou bufetu, každopádně pití vám krom snídaně číšníci přinesou. Celý den je co jíst, jídla je opravdu hodně, za nás byl hotel opravdu hodně obsazený, nikde žádné dlouhé fronty a vždy si bylo kam sednout. Stoly se okamžitě uklízí, nikde žádný nepořádek..klobouk dolů. Nechybí opravdu nic, ovoce, zelenina, saláty, ryby, maso, těstoviny, rýže, hranolky.. vše na co si vzpomenete a vše, co jsme ochutnali, bylo výborné :) Na oběd máte možnost jíst v hlavní restauraci (musíte se ale obléci) nebo v restauraci u bazénu (i v plavkáchCo se týče pití, tak nealko točí skutečnou pepsi, fantu a sprite. Dětem namíchají i nealkoholické koktejly. Pro dospělé pivo, víno i tvrdší alkohol a samo namíchají různé druhy alko koktejlů. Bazény: všude je slaná voda, takže s tím počítejte. Jinak u hlavního bazénu se konaly veškeré aktivity, zde bylo hodně lidí, byl tu i bar a zmrzlina. Lehátka je možné si "rezervovat" ručníky, určitě doporučuji, jinak jsou lehátka plně obsazena. Co se týče aquaparku, tak ten je nejlepší, co jsme zažili. Hlavně pro menší děti je parádní pirátský ostrov. Tobogány jedou od 10h do 17h s hodinovou pauzou. Pláž: dlouhá písčitá pláž (hrubý písek, takže nikam neleze a nelítá). Pozvolný vstup do moře, ideální pro děti, žádné vlny, jste v zátoce. Při vstupu do moře (cca 3m) menší či větší kamínky pak zase písek, takže doporučuji boty do vody (dají se koupit i na místě). Moře čisté, dá se i šnorchlovat a hledat mušličky:) nebo za poplatek vodní sporty Zábava: Pro menší děti do 30kg, jsou tu 3 kolotoče (řetízkáč, letadýlka a šálky), jedou každý den navečer. U klubíku je dětské hřiště dostupné celý den. Ve čtvrtek dokonce nafoukli několik skákacích hradů pro děti, včetně býka a velké překážkové dráhy v bazéně. Pro větší děti je zde zdarma stolní tenis nebo za poplatek lanové centrum nebo zip line. Jinak zábavu pro děti organizují přes den i animátoři (fotbal, petangue). Každý večer je pro děti minidisco (dá se koupit cukrová vata a popcorn za 2€) a poté je zábava i pro dospělé. Opravdu úžasná představení každý den. Po skončení programu byla zábava tak to půlnoci, poté klid. Okolí: Krásnou procházkou po pláži se dá dojít do města Akbuk, kde je taktéž spousta zábavy (zábavní park, molo, obchody, taverny..) Mango klub: pro děti pořádají spoustu aktivit, za které sbíráte razítka a na konci dostanete odměnu. Vše organizuje moc milý mladý pár, nutno se přihlásit, můžu jedině doporučit :) Shrnuto, určitě se zase vrátíme :)

I stayed at this hotel early May. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to two major issues.During my stay, I encountered the following problems: The first issue The room was not cleaned and was in need of a lot of repairs Our room was not cleaned properly throughout our stay from the 9th May. The beds were not made, the sheets were not changed, and the minibar was not restocked. By the fourth day, I specifically requested a full clean as I believe this should be carried out daily, or at the very least every 2–3 days in a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this was still not done. As your reception staff are aware, I called in the morning on day five to request that the room be cleaned and that the bed sheets be changed. When I returned at approximately 10:30, I found that the minibar/fridge had been restocked, but the room had still not been cleaned and the sheets had not been changed. I reported this to reception, where the reception manager took notes and assured me everything would be completed while we were out at the market. However, when we returned later that day, to my shock, no one had attended the room at all. I have reported this again today and I was referred to yourself. We agreed it was best I sent this is a written format for you to respond to. I was also disappointed with the limited fruit selection provided during our stay. For a hotel advertised as 5-star — or even 4-star — I would expect a better variety of fresh fruit. Only apples were available, and at breakfast the only fruit option was cut oranges. There were no bananas, grapes, pears, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, or any wider selection typically expected from a hotel of this category. This simply does not reflect 4-star or 5-star standards. I would like to add that the staff themselves have been extremely friendly polite and welcoming, and there are some positive aspects to the hotel. However, many areas of the hotel fall below even a 3-star standard, which is extremely disappointing as we expected much more from your establishment. In addition to the cleaning, the restaurant experience also fell short of expectations. Extremely limited fresh fruit as mentioned above , no cooked breakfasts, like sausage or bacon or beans, no dried fruits like sultanas or raisins. No fresh crepes, tables frequently not cleaned or made up and always has to request a table to be cleaned as none readily available. Evening meals most of the hot food selection stone cold. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards of housekeeping, food, guest services, and overall quality offered to future guests. Issue 2 and much more serious as to why I have given this holiday such a poor rating On the very first day of our stay our daughter was seriously injured while using one of the hotel water slides. She went down the slide unsupervised, with no lifeguard present at the top and no traffic light or safety system in place to indicate when it was safe for the next child to enter. Upon reaching the bottom of the slide, my husband found that our daughter had collided with another child who had become stuck inside the slide. The impact caused our daughter significant injuries, including a badly bloodied nose and a deep cut beneath her eyebrow bone. Following the incident, staff attended after being called by my husband and arranged for us to visit a local medical centre for treatment. Our daughter required both internal and external stitches which will scar her face and was advised that she could not swim for the remainder of the holiday. This incident has had a major impact on our entire family holiday. One of the main reasons we chose the resort was for our children to enjoy the swimming pools and water slides. Instead, we spent the first day of our holiday in a medical centre, and our daughter has been unable to participate in swimming activities for the duration of our stay. It has also caused significant worry and anxiety for us as parents regarding the safety of the facilities, affecting not only our daughter but also our other two children. Since the incident, I observed lifeguards frequently distracted on their phones or not paying proper attention to the slides. I collected some evidence of this. This is extremely concerning, particularly given that hotel informed us another child had experienced an injury the week before. The impact caused our daughter significant Our daughter is a sensible child, and it is frightening to think what could happen to younger or less cautious children without appropriate supervision and safeguarding measures in place on such high and potentially dangerous slides. We strongly urge the hotel to review and improve its safety procedures, including: Proper lifeguard supervision at all slides to ensure the slides are clear and being used properly by all children. A functioning traffic light or signalling system Improved monitoring and staff attentiveness Safer transport arrangements for medical emergencies We do not want another family to experience what we have gone through during what should have been a happy holiday. We have been significantly impacted and as you are aware also very disappointed with other area of the holiday which I have sent on a separate complaint. I have sent 2 complaints since explaining all of the above singe we returned regarding the two matters and Didn’t want to leave a review until they had the opportunity to respond first. However sadly no one has even replied or acknowledged my emails . I have sent further emails requesting a formal response to my complaints and I have been totally ignored.
