We recently returned to the Balbura Italian Restaurant at Liberty Fabay, and it was just as special—if not more so—than we remembered. The food is absolutely amazing. Every course feels thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and you can genuinely taste the quality in every dish. It’s the kind of place where each plate feels like a highlight. What truly makes Balbura stand out, though, is the staff. They are exceptional—so attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. Last year, after leaving the restaurant, I sadly fell while carrying my young daughter. The staff immediately came out to help me, showing such compassion and care in a moment that could have been quite frightening. It’s something I’ve never forgotten. Returning this year meant a lot to us, and it was incredibly touching that the staff recognised us. That level of personal care and memory speaks volumes about the people who work there. The atmosphere in the restaurant is just lovely—calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The décor is elegant without being overdone, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed, memorable evening. We are so grateful for the experience and the kindness shown to us. It truly feels like more than just a restaurant—it’s a place that looks after its guests. We will absolutely be visiting again soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth. Been welcomed back felt good. The team that checked us in was quick & was in our room in no time. Our room is perfect for us over looking the main promenade.The bed so comfortable the room is spacious. No complaints here. The hotel was as remembered beautiful clean & so inviting. Every corner a view that’s stunning. Everything is available for all ages, all entertainment is covered Such talented singers & dancers. Wow what shows they put on. The adult pool been served from the young guy roller skater all day. (Baz we called him) He was so hard to keep us all hydrated. There is never any issues getting a sun-bed. Theres different sections around all pools. Room for absolutely everyone. Ali in the gift shop was part of our daily chats. He is wonderful. The beach bar was our favourite place at tea time that breeze perfect. Also the view. The girls serving us are absolutely lovely. The entertainment in the evening served by the same girls. They work so hard Great times had there day & night. The Indian al a carte Buddha. The food was very nice, lots of choice & plentiful. We were served by Mert fabulous young man. Very good at his job. The adult restaurant has so much choice & there is plenty of seats inside & out. Only issue I have is smoking, not enough seating for non smokers. This did ruin our meals on a few occasions. The adult restaurant has changed to a menu service not a buffet. We personally preferred it before. The beach has so many sections from quite zone adult zone family zone etc room for everyone. The entertainment team are great day & night. So many staff to mention, the staff make this hotel. They work so hard to make sure your stay is perfect, the lobby bar is great for last orders great chats good company. We meet so many returning guests & new guests that have now become friends. We look forward to returning again one day.

We were recommended this hotel from a friend who we knew we could trust, however, it even exceeded our expectations. This was our first type of this holiday and we were wanting good food and proper cocktails. We can confirm Liberty Fabay excelled at both. There is the perfect choice for food with main restaurant, adults only restaurant, food court and lunch restaurant available. The range is extensive and we were happy with the variety of choice over our 10 days. The cocktails were delicious and as high a quality you’d get in a city centre, if not better. Our hotel room was stunning and perfectly clean every day. We spent most of our time at the adult pool during the day - special shout out to Bashar who remembered us every day and welcomed us with a smile. His efforts at delivering drinks to the highest and fastest was exceptional - especially as doing in roller blades! Another shoutout to Benyamin who went above and beyond for our dinner at the seafood restaurant, which we were celebrating my fiancés birthday. It was the best meal we’ve ever had. The staff remember you and have the biggest smiles and top level of care. Another shoutout to Sanam who ran the bingo from the events team, great banter. This really made the trip personalised to us. There are so many entertainment options, myself and my fiancé (ages 28+30) didn’t leave the hotel for the full 10 days we were here. It was perfect balance of relax and entertainment. The beach bar was great for a sundowner and live music fantastic also. We have no complaints and will be back! The various couples and families we chatted too had often stayed previously and plan to come year after year. The staff also spent time listening to your reviews and requests and you can tell they are eager to improve and better the hotel year after year. Incredible value for money. Love the hotel and staff are amazing. The Apollon bar is excellent. The staff are excellent providing quality drinks. I would just like to mention Kadir who was extremely friendly and always willing to provide you with basically anything we asked for 👍

As a rule, people tend to leave reviews only when something goes wrong. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels over the years, yet I have never felt the need to write a review. It was usually either good or bad, and that was it. But this time, my emotions are truly overflowing, and I feel compelled to share my experience everywhere. To begin with, I chose this hotel completely at random, without any expectations whatsoever. And perhaps that is why it impressed me even more. This was, without a doubt, the best vacation I have ever had, and it exceeded every expectation I could have imagined. For the first time in my life, upon arrival I was offered access to a guest room because my own room was not ready yet. After almost a full day of traveling, being able to take a shower and freshen up was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Even before check-in, I was free to use all of the hotel’s facilities, which immediately made me feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful. There is a sense of elegance and aesthetics throughout the entire property. It is clear that every detail has been carefully considered, and the design feels modern, stylish, and up to date. One thing I particularly appreciated was the communication through WhatsApp. I received a notification as soon as my room was ready, and I was also informed about various activities and events taking place around the resort. It is such a convenient and modern way to stay connected and definitely enhances the guest experience. During my entire stay, I did not go on a single excursion because there was absolutely everything I needed right on the property. I am a very active person, so I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of activities and entertainment available. There was always something interesting to do, and it was impossible to get bored. I would also like to highlight the F&B team. The food was diverse, fresh, and delicious, while the cocktails were excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety of dining concepts available on the property, from the main restaurant to venues offering a more personalized service experience. It was a great way to enjoy different atmospheres throughout the stay. And finally, the staff. This was probably the most impressive part of my experience. Every single person I encountered was friendly, approachable, professional, and genuinely warm. Their smiles did not feel forced or artificial. It truly felt as though people were not just doing their jobs but genuinely enjoying what they do. That kind of energy creates a very special atmosphere and makes all the difference. I honestly tried to find at least one negative aspect of my stay, but I simply could not. Every day I felt happy, relaxed, and grateful to be there. It was pure enjoyment from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience. You made this vacation truly special, and I cannot wait to come back.
