V tomto hotelu jsme byli v srpnu 2018. Hotel je luxusní, všechny služby na vysoké úrovni, výborná kuchyně a ochotný personál. Všude čisto, ubytování kvalitní, denně uklizeno. Moře blízko, pouze přes malý park, dostatek lehátek na pláži po celý den. Bazény u hotelu dva, u nich lehátka - často obsazena již ráno, ale místo se najít dá. Animátoři pracují pouze u bazénu, na pláži první týden naší dovolené nic nebylo, teprve v polovině dovolené začala bocca a water gym. To ale zajišťovali animátoři sousedního hotelu. Večerní programy na slušné úrovni, pokud tam byl profesionální program, to co organizovali animátoři sami, byla nuda. Celkově jsou animátoři nejslabším článkem tohoto jinak výborného hotelu. Také bar na pláži neměl služby na odpovídající úrovni - občerstvení jen do 15 - 16 hodin, nepříliš ochotný personál, malá nabídka nápojů. Hotel má převážně německou klientelu, pár Rusů, Slováků a velice málo Čechů. Hotel doporučuji pro klidnou dovolenou se skvělými službami.

Když jsem zůstal v jejich sesterském hotelu, který se nachází jen pár kilometrů daleko, rozhodl jsem se zde svou práci v krásném baru Buhara. Obávám se, že nemají obchodní centrum, ale mají krásnou tureckou kávu:) naprosto příjemné v charakteristické atmosféře, důrazně doporučujeme!

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Our main requirements were tranquility and aesthetics, and I believe the hotel meets these expectations 100%. What we really liked: • The hotel is fresh and aesthetically pleasing, with a good renovation and nice materials. • The beach is clean as well (we saw staff clearing litter from the sand and sweeping the loungers both in the evening and in the morning). • The soft loungers in the pool area are very comfortable. • The option to order drinks via QR code right to your lounger by the sea or pool. • The responsiveness of Guest Relations on any matter. • Cleanliness, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel in general, including the quality of housekeeping. • The food is very tasty — the best of any all-inclusive we’ve experienced. • The variety of food and the availability of several outlets (pool, beach, main restaurant, late-night snack bar) where you can eat at any time of day. • The absence of loud events (there were parties, but they weren’t intrusive). • There are engaging sports activities such as yoga, step classes, aqua jumping, and boccia. Areas for improvement: • I think it would be worth offering a hotel tour at check-in for first-time guests, as this would resolve any questions about locations and the services available. • Almost all of the staff want to speak with you in German. I understand that Germans are the main audience, but I believe staff should clarify which language a guest speaks rather than defaulting to German if the guest doesn’t speak it. I realize it can be hard to switch, but for some reason few are willing to speak English, which is, after all, a more international language. • Besides ice cream waffles, it would be nice to have milkshakes (subjective). • In the restaurant (buffet), not all dishes are labeled, and those that are have been translated into other languages somewhat inaccurately. We live in the age of AI, and I think this shortcoming would be very easy to fix. • I think it would be worth assigning staff to the beach to clear the small tables, because guests rotate throughout the day and the tables are consequently left dirty. • It would be lovely to see at least a little shrimp/crayfish on one of the days in the restaurant. • The pool and beach menu could use some snacks in addition to drinks (for example, nuts or chips). • Freshly squeezed juices are sorely missed — most often they’re only available at breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Adalya Bliss Hotel. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the facilities were well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it a perfect place for a holiday. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to coming back again in the future.

A hotel for a calm, relaxing vacation. Very clean, safe, and with a compact territory. There were enough sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach. The food selection was very large and sufficient, as well as the drinks. The beach area was a bit noisier and there were more service vendors around, but the service and beach bar staff were excellent. There was never any shortage of towels anywhere. The massages at the spa center were good. Most of the guests were German, with some from Russia and other countries, and generally an older crowd. There are no real walking areas inside the hotel territory, but there is a beautiful seaside promenade along the beach.
