Když jsme dorazili do hotelu, jídlo, čistota pokoje, alkohol byly velmi dobré, každý den byly animace, aktovoteler, šipky, bocca, gymnastika, obzvláště děkuji Fatihovi za jeho zájem.😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Hotel splnil očekávání, čistý, klidný moc děti nebylo, jídlo nemám co bych vytkla chtěla bych vědět co ti kteří si stěžují vaří doma a posolit si umí každý, pití importovaný alkohol,pokoje čisté v ledničce nealko a pivo doplňováno každý den úklid v pořádku, pláž jezdí se autobusem pěšky 10min,bar na pláži jídlo dostačující ,lehátka dostatek ,WC nesetkala jsem se tak dlouho s čistotou ,no animace nevyjadřují se jinak tento hotel doporučuji a příští rok znova

Please ignore all the negative comments about this hotel! We are a family of 5 and have just returned from 9 nights. We had an amazing time. The hotel is kept immaculate when checking in hadn’t realised but the all inclusive is 24hours. Rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels Has hair dryer, aircon ( no extra charge) * towels for by the pool or the beach available from the spa. We didn’t do any treatments but the spa was absolutely gorgeous. There are several restaurants and when I say there was a huge variety of food , I mean huge. I am the fussiest person ever and there was something every meal. Far too many choices to list. WiFi is fab in hotel and also on the beach. Beach is a short bus journey complimentary bus runs every 10mins food is amazing on the beach again lots of variety. Waffles with loads of toppings, ice creams, ice lollies a patisserie with the most beautifully presented cakes and treats. I’ve read prior to going complaints about other guests and staff this is not the case at all. We were one of 3 English families in the whole hotel. I never once walked passed anyone with out saying hello and smiling and having the odd conversation here and there everyone we met was pleasant and friendly. Staff work extremely hard and again all very pleasant and helpful can’t fault them at all. My children played football with many other children and the language barrier didn’t bother them at all. Entertainment staff Mustafa, Zuess & Fati kept the poolside guests entertained and both our daughters Laura & Sophie! ( fati thanks for taking Laura late night shopping! 🤣) on our 2nd last day we met Bob who had been off he was full of energy and got the whole pool area filled with guests playing games an excellent entertainer. The only down side was that there was no entertainment on a Sunday never came across this before but the Lobby bar kept us entertained. Plenty to keep you entertained lovely hotel and staff get it booked you won’t be disappointed 😊 the hotel shops are really reasonable

We had a wonderful stay at Aletris Deluxe Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. A special mention goes to Tuğçe, one of the amazing animators. She was truly incredible with our children – always kind, energetic, and so supportive during the activities at the kids club. In the evenings, she made the mini disco a magical experience for the little ones, and they looked forward to it every day. Thanks to her dedication and warm personality, our children felt so happy and comfortable, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We are very grateful and will definitely return!

@zbuntowany_baczus🐝: As a goodbye, they made us pay for towel cards we didn't have! We asked them to check the cameras and described the situation (that there was a mix-up and the front desk staff apparently didn't give us any). The receptionist clearly pretended not to speak English and wasn't even willing to call someone who could speak the language. We will never go back there! Be careful and check that they gave you everything at the front desk, so you don't return home disappointed, like we did!!! I do not recommend this hotel😡🤯
