Aletris Deluxe Hotel Spa

Skvělý hotel , dobré míchané drinky a poblíž hotelu je i super velká tržnice na nákupy. Hotel ma pěkné animační programy. Jen je málo lehátek u bazénu.

Nyní trávíme dovolenou v hotelu Aletris Deluxe. Jsme zde již podruhé,můžu tedy srovnávat s loňským rokem. Kvalita hotelu šla bohužel dolů. Restaurace oproti loňsku slabá,stejné jídlo každý den a bohužel vše studené. Už není poznat tématický večer. Loni Turecký ,Italský letos pořád to samé a méně, než před rokem. Největší mínus jsou drinky. Tohle se nedá pít. Nealko pouze postmix v nechutné koncentraci.Žádný džus z krabice jako loni. Pouze od 22.hod do půlnoci v Irisch baru alko i nealko originál. Tam i velmi šikovní barmani,kteří umí namíchat drinky. Úklid také slabší na pokoji. Za 3 dny ani jednou vyluxovano, ani vytřeno. Co se týká pláže.. Bus, který vás vozí na pláž, je ve velmi špatném stavu,pokud je v něm víc lidí,má podvozek téměř na silnici. Loni,kdykoliv jsme přišli na zastávku,odvezli nás.Dnes nás čekalo 8 lidí 15 min. kdyby někdo ještě přišel. V tom horku to není příjemné. Lehátka na pláži těsně u sebe hned vedle Fizz baru,kde celé odpoledne běžel fotbalový zápas, atmosféra jako na stadionu a do toho hudba z jukeboxu. To není klidná dovolená. Super paní Anne Freier (guest manažer) , ta nám velmi pomohla,když jsme řešili potíže s pokojem. Podruhé v Aletrisu,ale už zřejmě naposledy a moc mě to mrzí, protože loni to byla perfektní dovolená a letos,jakoby to byl jiný hotel.

Když jsme dorazili do hotelu, jídlo, čistota pokoje, alkohol byly velmi dobré, každý den byly animace, aktovoteler, šipky, bocca, gymnastika, obzvláště děkuji Fatihovi za jeho zájem.😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Hotel splnil očekávání, čistý, klidný moc děti nebylo, jídlo nemám co bych vytkla chtěla bych vědět co ti kteří si stěžují vaří doma a posolit si umí každý, pití importovaný alkohol,pokoje čisté v ledničce nealko a pivo doplňováno každý den úklid v pořádku, pláž jezdí se autobusem pěšky 10min,bar na pláži jídlo dostačující ,lehátka dostatek ,WC nesetkala jsem se tak dlouho s čistotou ,no animace nevyjadřují se jinak tento hotel doporučuji a příští rok znova

Just back from the most amazing stay at the Altria Deluxe Hotel & Spa and I genuinely don’t even know where to start – this holiday was perfect from beginning to end and easily one of the best all-round hotel experiences we’ve ever had ✨ From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The reception staff were outstanding – so friendly, professional and organised. Check-in was quick and stress-free, and they took the time to explain everything clearly which was really appreciated after travelling. Throughout the whole stay, they were always available, approachable and more than happy to help with anything we needed. It wasn’t just good service, it felt personal, and that makes such a difference. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The design is modern and luxurious, with a really relaxing atmosphere throughout. Every area of the hotel is finished to such a high standard, but what really stood out was the cleanliness. The cleaners honestly deserve so much credit – they work incredibly hard and it shows. Our room was spotless every single day, with fresh bedding, towels and everything perfectly organised. Even the smallest details were taken care of, and all the public areas were consistently clean and well maintained. You could tell there was a real pride in the work being done. If you’re going as a family, the kids club is a massive highlight. The staff there were absolutely brilliant – full of energy, so kind and really engaging with the children. They made such an effort to include everyone, and you could see how comfortable and happy the kids were. There were loads of fun activities and it created such a safe, positive environment. It gave us real peace of mind knowing the kids were enjoying themselves so much, and it also gave us time to properly relax. Special shoutout to TUGCE who was such a sweetheart and so amazing ! And speaking of relaxing, the spa was just on another level. From the minute you walk in, you feel calm. The spa staff were so professional, welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The treatments were amazing and so well delivered – honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. It really added that extra bit of luxury to the holiday and made it feel like a proper escape from everyday life. The whole atmosphere around the hotel is just lovely. It has such a warm, friendly vibe and that comes down to the staff in every department. Whether it was reception, cleaners, kids club or spa staff, everyone played a part in making the experience special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and there was always a positive energy around the place. The facilities were also excellent – plenty to do throughout the day, whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy entertainment or just take in the surroundings. Everything is so well organised and runs smoothly, which makes the whole stay feel easy and enjoyable. What really made this holiday stand out though was the consistency. Every single day, the service, cleanliness and overall experience remained at such a high standard. It’s rare to find somewhere where everything just works, but this hotel absolutely delivers. Was quiet at night got a great sleep and rooms were cleaned every day we were there location is ideal and there’s a bus shuttle that takes you down to the beach club and back every 15 mins couldn’t fault it at all ! Overall, I genuinely couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, comfort and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff across all areas are a credit to the hotel and made the experience unforgettable. We will 100% be returning in the future – already looking forward to our next visit ☀️💫
