Venkovní parky jsou hezké. Pokoje potřebuji rekonstrukci. Zejména výměna oken je nutná. Neumí tu ale italskou kuchyni. Ani po vysvětleni kuchaři, že voda na těstoviny musí být slaná, se nic nezměnilo. Jen 10% z jídelníčku chutná tak, jak by mělo.

Lovely. Beautiful hotel surrounded by trees with the mountains behind and the sea in front Grounds are lovely, we went to the adult pool which is close to the hotel , quiet and everyday after 9am there was a breeze . There are toilets just down the ramp by the pool . Bar to order drinks not far , depends on the bar staff to the coffee you get lattes aren’t the same as uk . Generally attention to detail is spot on . Entertainment is evenings only But are so worth it . There’s an amphitheatre in the grounds , shows were amazing and the bar the beach had live bands/singers which were also excellent. Children , excellent for toddlers and young children , near the pool by the beach is the water park and the children’s enclosed play area . Shows are put on for the children and one night there was this fabulous mini fair in the grounds with popcorn a big screen and lots of interactive things got the kids to do Restaurants Breakfast is at the buffet restaurant,good selection , omelettes cooked to order at outside cooking station Evening the buffet restaurant is repetitive but good quality, don’t forget the outside cooking station as well when getting your food Chinese restaurant, excellent food but the pecking duck was served with rice ! Not pancakes and they don’t do the food for sharing you get what you order rather than sharing… think the restaurant needs to look at this Turkish was delicious it’s held in the Garden restaurant closer to the sea . During the day we went here for lunch everyday as there’s a menu and table service again good selection and delicious. International restaurant is tucked away off main lobby , again great food a bit more formal For 7 days you get one free à la carte subsidy of €25 per person after that Beach bar just great loved it , chill out music all day , pizza burgers chicken bits chips available lunch time . Good cocktails and the best cold caramel coffee Cabanas These face the sea by the beach bar , we had one for the day and can say it’s so worth it . Totally spoilt , waiter service for everything . Treat yourselves Rooms We were on the 5th floor in a sea side view room , definitely worth it and the best floor for view and quiet . Rooms have 2 double beds lots of storage good shower safe fridge tv and can sit in front of mirror and your hair thank goodness All staff were friendly and if you smile they smile ,thank you goes a long way . But the stars were the customer service team Latifa is the manager of customer service and really went out of her way for us , both Belek and Abdulla were also excellent. We spent a week here in June. We had stayed at this hotel before, back when it was called Renaissance, so we were a little anxious to see how our stay would compare. We needn't have worried – it exceeded our expectations. Considering the size of the hotel, the grounds are remarkably spacious, creating a pleasant feeling of openness rather than crowding. There were plenty of sunbeds available by the pools throughout the day, so there was no need to reserve them early in the morning. There was an excellent selection of restaurants, and the food was consistently high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. The gardens were exceptionally well maintained and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Unlike many other hotels we have visited, there were never long queues at the bars. Drinks were served almost immediately. A special mention goes to Deniz, who clearly loves working in customer service. It was incredible to see him smiling all the time and making every guest feel welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the mattresses were first class, ensuring a great night's sleep. Finally, don't underestimate the beautiful views of the Taurus Mountains—they are truly worth enjoying. One last tip: if you have the opportunity, be sure to visit Phaselis. It's well worth the trip.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful resort.. The setting is truly beautiful. Tall trees spread throughout the property create a stunning natural atmosphere, which then opens up to a breathtaking seaside view. Spending time on the pier overlooking the sea is a real pleasure. The atmosphere is unique a relaxed beach environment combined with the Sunset Bar, where beautifully presented meals are served by the shore, creates a small dreamlike world. The way the forest and the beach blend together so seamlessly is genuinely impressive. Everything is very well maintained and cared for. The beach is clean and free of litter, and there is an excellent water slide and play area for children. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The management team, customer relation hosts were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Ayşe, who built such a wonderful connection with our son and showed incredible care and attention during both of our visits. We are equally grateful to Latifa for her warmth, kindness, and willingness to help at all times. A special thank you also goes to Moh, our TUI host during both of our stays, who always welcomed us back with open arms, took the time to listen to our concerns, and ensured that we felt well looked after throughout our holidays. A special thanks also goes to Devrim, whose positive energy and constant smiley face makes you feel welcomed, devrim creates truly memorable experiences for both children and adults, We would also like to thank Minmin from the Garden House kitchen for his attentiveness, such a sweet guy and especially Bilal, who carefully and safely prepared meals for our son on both visits due to his allergies. This gave us tremendous peace of mind and meant a great deal to us. Once again, we were extremely pleased with our stay and are already looking forward to returning next year.

We are currently staying at Balmy Resort Kemer (June 2026), and honestly, this is one of the best all-inclusive experiences we have ever had. The biggest strength of this hotel is the exceptional quality. The staff is genuinely caring, professional, and always smiling, yet never intrusive. Service is efficient everywhere, and queues are practically non-existent. The food is simply outstanding – true restaurant quality. We had access to the à la carte restaurants, but we never felt the need to use them because the main restaurant was already excellent. I am genuinely surprised when I read reviews claiming the food is repetitive or poor. I would love to know what those people eat at home. Every day there is an impressive variety of seafood, including tiger prawns, mussels, tempura squid, grilled squid with herbs, and delicious octopus. The selection of vegetables is incredible: fresh, grilled, roasted, and stuffed zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, onions, eggplants, carrots, and many more. Everything is prepared with great care and flavor. The meat selection is equally impressive: steaks, chicken, beef, lamb, quail, and countless dishes prepared in different styles. There are also excellent cheeses, fresh fruits, and surprisingly good bread. As a Polish guest, I usually find bread to be the weakest point abroad, but here it is genuinely very good. The ice cream deserves a special mention. I am a true ice cream enthusiast, and the quality here is fantastic. It is available throughout the day and always delicious. The Garden House snack area is not really a snack bar at all – it feels like a full à la carte restaurant operating all day long. Fresh pizzas, pasta, burgers, salads, desserts – everything is cooked to order. No buffet trays, no reheated food, just freshly prepared meals served beautifully. The cleanliness is outstanding and truly meets the highest European standards. Housekeeping is thorough and professional, cleaning every detail of the room, replacing towels, making the beds, restocking the minibar daily, and keeping everything spotless. The minibar is included and replenished every day with water, soft drinks, beer, and more. Another pleasant surprise is the atmosphere created by the guests themselves. Compared to many all-inclusive resorts, the clientele here is noticeably more elegant and respectful. The hotel feels calm, refined, and comfortable. No noise, no chaos, no inappropriate behavior in the restaurants. The management clearly cares about maintaining high standards. During our stay we were personally asked whether everything was satisfactory, if we needed anything, and what could be improved. Honestly, I struggled to think of anything. Some people say there is not enough entertainment. For us, it is exactly the opposite. There is live music and beach parties, daily shows in the amphitheater, sports activities, and plenty to do if you want it. At the same time, the hotel remains peaceful and relaxing. This is a place focused on comfort, quality, and atmosphere rather than loud party tourism. The landscaping is beautiful, with an abundance of greenery, mature trees, and natural shade. There are plenty of sunbeds everywhere – on the beach, by the pool, on the grass, or under the trees. No need to wake up early and reserve anything. Balmy Resort feels like a small paradise. Many European hotels could learn a lot from the standards and attention to detail found here. Based on our stay in June 2026, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommended. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, outstanding food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere.
