This hotel completely failed us when our child was hospitalized during our stay. Our child was admitted to hospital in Turkey with severe gastrointestinal illness, persistent diarrhea, dehydration, inflammatory markers, and a fever above 41.5°C. He was placed under medical supervision and prescribed antibiotics. For the past ten days, our child had been solely inside this hotel. He did not leave the resort. The illness started after using Cullinan Belek’s aquapark. So when the hotel tries to dismiss this by saying there were “no signs of infection,” I have one very simple question: If there were “no signs of infection,” why was a hospitalized child being treated with antibiotics? Antibiotics are not given like candy. They are normally used when doctors are treating or suspecting bacterial infection or an infectious complication. So either Cullinan believes it knows better than the hospital doctors, or this was just a convenient line to distance itself from responsibility. What makes this even worse is that our request was very simple. We asked the hotel to provide accommodation for our family for a few extra days while our child remained in hospital and doctors did not allow us to fly home. That is it. We were not asking for luxury. We were not asking for compensation. We were not asking for special treatment. We were asking for basic support while our child was hospitalized during a stay at their resort. And let me be very clear: we can afford to pay for the accommodation ourselves. This is not about money. We would have paid if needed. The point is that, given the circumstances, the hotel should have immediately taken responsibility and offered a room at least until the child was discharged from hospital. They did not. They did not even properly offer a practical solution. Instead, they kept us waiting for hours, dismissed our requests, hid behind vague wording, and told us to wait for senior management to make a decision. While our child was in hospital. They spoke to us, yes. But speaking is not support. Their response was cold, slow, defensive, and useless. They did not properly check up on us. They did not provide direct access to a senior manager, director, or anyone with actual authority. They gave us an email address. That is not crisis handling. That is hiding behind an inbox. At one point, their idea of “help” was essentially asking whether we wanted something sent to the cabanas or whether they should arrange a transfer. A child is in hospital with a fever above 41.5°C, dehydration, diarrhea, inflammation, and antibiotics, and this is the response from a so-called luxury family resort. Pathetic. Cullinan had a chance to act like a serious hotel. They could have shown urgency, accountability, and basic humanity. Instead, they chose delay, deflection, vague emails, and corporate silence. So now this goes public. Not because we want sympathy. Not because we want free accommodation. We no longer want anything from them. We want families, tour operators, travel agents, and future guests to know exactly how Cullinan behaves when something serious happens to a child on their property. This experience will be shared across Google, TripAdvisor, Booking, Expedia, tour operators, travel communities, and social media. My wife has a large Instagram audience, and people who witnessed what happened will also be able to share what they saw. Cullinan can hide behind emails internally. They will not be able to hide publicly. The rooms may look expensive. The pools may look perfect. The marketing may look polished. But when our child ended up in hospital, the luxury disappeared instantly. What was left was cold, defensive, evasive, and shameful. Cullinan Belek failed completely when it mattered most. I would never recommend this hotel to any family. Make this review comply with google policies
Hotel působí velmi elegantně, moderně a zároveň pohodově. A restaurace otevřená 24/7? Každý den nám posílaly aktuální program hotelu a byly nám k dispozici kdykoliv jsme něco potřebovali. 🌟
Perfektní hotel pro golfový týden s přáteli. Skvělé služby, nově zařízeno, skvělé jídlo. Určitě se vrátíme. Skvělý výhled, golfové hřiště ve skvělé formě. Pokoje velice luxusně zařízeny. Skvělá služba what’s up asistence.
