We have just returned from a 7-night stay at Eftalia Blue Hotel, where our family occupied two standard double rooms, and we had a fantastic holiday. Originally, we were booked to stay at Eftalia Village, but after looking at the different options available, we decided to pay to upgrade to Eftalia Blue. For us, the more modern design and upgraded facilities made the extra cost worthwhile, and we were very pleased with our decision. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. We have visited Turkey several times over the years, and this was probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. The rooms, public areas, restaurants, and pool areas were all exceptionally well maintained. The housekeeping team deserve special recognition. They did an amazing job throughout our stay, keeping the rooms spotless and beautifully tidy every day. They also made sure our drinks fridges were replenished daily, which was a nice touch and greatly appreciated, especially during the hot weather. As a family of five, we decided to rent one of the poolside gazebos/cabanas for the week, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Rather than trying to find enough sun loungers together each morning, we had a dedicated space to relax throughout the day. It also provided welcome shade during the hottest parts of the day and gave us somewhere comfortable to retreat to whenever we wanted a break from the sun. A special mention must go to Selim, the poolside waiter, who was outstanding throughout our stay. Every day he made sure our gazebo was set up with clean towels and cushions and regularly checked on us to see if we needed drinks or anything else. His service was friendly, attentive, and professional, and he genuinely helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, well laid out, and very family friendly. We found the staff to be hardworking and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. The facilities were excellent, and there was always something to do around the resort. The onsite shops were also very good and convenient to have available. During our stay, we visited the barber/hairdresser within the hotel, and my wife also had a tattoo done at Cleopatra Ink. The staff at both were friendly, professional, and helpful, and we were very pleased with the service we received. We also visited the spa for a traditional Turkish bath, which was great fun and a fantastic way to start the holiday. The spa facilities were clean and professional, and the experience left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. The food and drink options were excellent throughout our stay. The main buffet restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with plenty of variety, meaning everyone in our family was able to find something they enjoyed each day. In addition to the main restaurant, there were several other options available throughout the resort, including snack bars, Burgerland, and a patisserie. We found this particularly useful when we wanted something lighter between meals or didn’t want to return to the main buffet. The patisserie quickly became one of our favourite spots, serving fresh cakes and what was, in our opinion, the best çay available anywhere on the resort. The only minor criticism we had concerned some of the included cocktails, which we found tasted a little weak compared to what we would normally expect. This wasn’t a major issue, however, as the premium cocktails available for an additional charge were excellent and noticeably better quality. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. The cleanliness, facilities, attentive staff, and overall standard of the hotel made for a wonderful family holiday. Eftalia Blue is without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Turkey, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A big thank you to Selim, the housekeeping team, and all of the staff for helping make our holiday such a memorable one. We look forward to returning in the future.

5 best service and food is really good

Had the best time at this hotel, entertainment was great Garfield always entertaining the kids and adults getting everyone involved. Great shows at night always something different. Hotel nice and clean friendly staff always eager to help when needed. Would recommend to everyone always something to do for adult and kids. Will defo be returning in the future.
