We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was modern, spotless throughout, and the food was excellent with plenty of high-quality options. Having previously stayed at Regnum Carya and NG, we would place this hotel third, although that's more a reflection of how exceptional those two hotels are. We felt the Personal Assistant service could have been a little more attentive, and some of the thoughtful little touches that we experienced elsewhere were missing. Our only real disappointment was that our 12-year-old was charged the full adult price for meals in the à la carte restaurant. We also found that there wasn't a great deal on offer for older children in the kids' club. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would still rate the experience 5 stars

What a truly exceptional stay. This hotel feels as though it’s in quiet competition with the beauty of Belek itself—both delivering a level of elegance that’s hard to match. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Every detail, from the exclusive services to the refined atmosphere, was thoughtfully curated. The dining was particularly impressive: both the open buffet and the à la carte restaurants offered a consistently high level of quality, with fresh, beautifully presented dishes that exceeded expectations. The coffee experience deserves special mention as well—there are dedicated coffee spots throughout the hotel serving a wide range of specialty brews, including alternative methods like Chemex, which adds a refined touch for coffee enthusiasts. The resort caters effortlessly to every age group, with well-designed activities for children, teenagers, and adults alike. The beach experience was equally refined, with a scenic and serene pathway leading to the Mediterranean, adding to the sense of escape and exclusivity. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff bring a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that elevates the entire stay. Special thanks to Enes from the teenage club and Cevahir from the kids club—along with many others—who made our time here feel personal and memorable. Thank you to the entire team.
