This hotel won me over the moment I walked in with its incredible signature fragrance. I loved it so much that I even bought it from the hotel's shop. The reception area is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you with a smile, help you with the hotel app, offer you a welcome drink, and escort you to your spacious room. The rooms are large, with plenty of wardrobe space, beautifully scented toiletries, a regularly replenished minibar, a Nespresso machine, and a large balcony – perfect even for families of four, like ours. I highly appreciate the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the entire resort, the excellent quality of the food, and the outstanding speed of the service. The staff are always attentive – they quickly find you a table, serve you promptly, and around the pool they even move around on roller skates. They would often surprise us with a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit. Here, everything truly feels like "No Problem." For guests who enjoy experiencing something different every evening, I highly recommend making reservations for the Cabaret (12+), the Gaia Restaurant, or visiting the amphitheatre, where you can also enjoy excellent table service while watching the performances with a drink. The sunbeds on both the beach and by the pool are excellent. I especially want to highlight that the hotel doesn't use cheap plastic loungers but instead offers beautiful wooden sunbeds with comfortable mattresses, making relaxation even more enjoyable. The beach service is excellent as well. The waiters serve guests directly at their sunbeds, so anyone looking to simply relax is well taken care of without having to leave their lounger. Every corner of the resort is incredibly photogenic, with beautiful furniture, a charming boho style, and a peaceful atmosphere. In the evening, a guitarist and singer create the perfect ambiance, making your dinner a truly unforgettable experience. The beach restaurant and the pool restaurant prepare meals very quickly, and both the presentation and the taste of the food are outstanding. The 24/7 restaurant completely won me over with its beautifully presented breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. I highly recommend this hotel, and I truly believe we will return again.

Umut and Asiyeh was very helpful and kind. The stay was wonderful. We had a grate time. The kids was fun. Kiddo playground is the most beautiful center for kids. The room was clean everiday. Thank you for this lovely place.❤️
