Kaila City Hotel

Hotel se nám velmi líbil. Bylo nám s rodinou dobře. Děkuji lidem, kteří zde pracují. Zvláště bychom chtěli poděkovat Banu, Enes, Kübra a Aysun, kteří pracovali na recepci. Opravdu se o nás starali. Poloha hotelu je velmi pěkná. hotel blízko moře

I returned from Kalia city hotel on Dec 23 2025 after an amazing 2 wk holiday, where do I start ? Min I arrived reception staff very helpful nothing ever a problem to any of them management include hotel absolutely stunning, I had a lovely room free Wi-Fi that u can access anywhere in n around the hotel (usually a charge for a stable Wi-Fi ). The staff where do I start with them everyone from domestics to manager head chef n kitchen staff n defo not forgetting the bar n kitchen staff who work their socks off to ensure ur having a good time n ur glass is never empty. Defo be returning to Kalia next winter met loads of lovely people from all over the world If I had anything negative to say about my stay it wouldn’t be building issue I’d have like a fan/ air space in the bathroom but didn’t effect my holiday See you all soon

Definitely not meeting expectations. Main issues were we were not respected as guests and felt unsupported by hotel. 1. Although we booked a holiday for 4, the hotel only prepared a room for 3 meaning one of us had no blankets for our first night. When we asked for a blanket and pillow they refused saying housekeeping has gone home. 2. Our hotel room was on top floor. The roof kept on banging in the wind. I reported it and receptionist said management would meet with me and they never did. They also ensured I would get our room moved and never did. 3. The executive chef walked through the restaurant. When my son asked him for a knife and fork he refused saying it’s not his job and we had to hunt for another member of staff to help us. 4. My son fell ill and could only eat bananas. Although on this specific day there was a lot of fruit but no bananas. My wife asked the executive chef if he had any bananas and he tried to bribe us asking if we had any money?

I cannot fault this hotel, the rooms were spotless, the staff was really good and the food was excellent, I would highly recommend. This was my first visit it certainly won't be my last

I was honestly going to give this hotel a good review. But after what we experienced after we checked out I will never be returning. So we checked out and was waiting in the lobby for our transfer and then the manager came up to us and said “we have to charge you 15 euro for a broken chair”. Mind you we didn’t even use the balcony or the chairs so they just think all English people have money so they scam us.
