Kaila City Hotel

Hotel se nám velmi líbil. Bylo nám s rodinou dobře. Děkuji lidem, kteří zde pracují. Zvláště bychom chtěli poděkovat Banu, Enes, Kübra a Aysun, kteří pracovali na recepci. Opravdu se o nás starali. Poloha hotelu je velmi pěkná. hotel blízko moře

I would say there was free problems at the time and I must say at the time I visited the pool was closed it was drained and then they have four maintenance on it regralting every tile in pool the food was very repet repeat repeat during the main period when it is out of season I would believe they need to put a bit more effort into maintaining the customers that are using it during that period the reason why it's where the basis of the next year the food should be a lot better a lot more choice even if you started today with a good breakfast of fried egg on toast that would be enough for me to set me through today and the drink selection a little bit better overall the staff are very friendly very helpful and do their best the manager seems to be very nice and she was pointed out that there was a lot of things being done to improve very in mind this is smaller one of the main free buildings that they own it's good to meet new people we started little group of the English people and we have other nationalities as well would I go back there yes the problem with the Paul being shot and what that extensive work being done is the fact that the main beach it's not ready for the beach goes yet the unclear water sand are being cleaned up ready for the main season this would with the heat that was there having a pool to use Sierra is good the walk is good if you've got skates get them on you can get coffee all day every day and evening but the bar shuts up I believe 11 o'clock I hope when you book this hotel and the others are open you have access to them as well they have their own beach bar open update this later and correct mistakes in writing

Nice hotel 🏨 with very friendly staff , 4 min walking to the sea 🌊 nice area around , pharmacies, supermarket and so on. Room is very clean 🧼 and food 🥘 tasty. No issues.

Beautiful hotel lovely and clean. Plenty of restaurants about and beach 5 minute walk away. Hotel staff delivered a bottle of wine and macaroons to my room as it was my birthday, such a lovely touch and a pleasant surprise. Would absolutely stay here again xxxx

Excellent location.... Easy flat walk into Alanya, or alternatively bus stop 2 mins away, lovely to walk in the opposite direction too,... It's a coastal route, so the beach is always an option.... Hotel staff extremely accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, they even changed my tv so I could access Euro news, for an English speaking channel, most German /Russian and obviously Turkish. Staff always friendly, smiling and very well presented (uniform T-shirts, and fleece, so easily identifiable. Everywhere cleaned daily... Food average for 3 star hotel... Always accommodating... Would highly recommend for a relaxing break. Extremely safe environment, I went for a walk at 9pm along the promenade... No problem, felt secure.
