We have been coming to Turkey for our summer holidays every year for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say that this has been the best hotel experience we have ever had. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is amazing, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. However, what truly made this vacation special was the entertainment team, especially the darts Animator Yiğit. Every single day we were looking forward to playing darts twice a day, and it became one of the highlights of our holiday. He is a true showman, full of energy, fun, and positivity, and he has an incredible talent for bringing guests together and creating a great atmosphere. Honestly, the hotel should consider organizing darts three times a day because people genuinely enjoy it and always want more. The enthusiasm and entertainment he provides add tremendous value to the guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable holiday. Out of all the hotels we have visited over the years, this one stands out as the very best. We will definitely be back!

I would like to share an objective review of our stay at Lusso Hotel, as I believe real feedback is valuable for both future travelers and the hotel’s administration.The Positives:The hotel features a highly modern, luxurious, and innovative building where a lot of investment and thought are evident. The food in the main restaurant is exceptionally delicious, varied, and well-prepared. Special compliments to the kitchen team and the head pastry chef – the pastry shop and all food outlets offer first-class treats. The service in the restaurants was also at a very high level. We would like to personally praise waiter Emrah Yeşiltaş for his outstanding professionalism, as well as our housekeeper, Nermin, who kept our room spotlessly clean every single day. The Negatives:Unfortunately, in sharp contrast to the wonderful frontline staff, the management and customer relations in sensitive situations are unacceptable for a 5-star standard. My husband has mobility issues. During one of the dinners, a hostess approached our table in an extremely cold and rude manner, demanding our room number while we were eating. This interrogation made us feel like suspects rather than guests. Instead of showing hospitality and discretion, the management tried to cover up the employee's mistake with an invented excuse.The situation got even worse at check-out. I had to call the reception twice to request a bell boy. He arrived 15 minutes after my call, by which time I had already carried the heavy suitcases to the elevator myself, and he still let me carry my luggage alone. Meanwhile, my husband watched from the lobby as several free employees from the department stood around doing nothing. If my husband didn't have mobility issues, we wouldn't have bothered waiting, but such neglect in a luxury resort is unacceptable.
