Hotel Lusso Sorgun offers a mostly positive overall experience, with several small drawbacks that are typical for late-season stays. The most remarkable aspect of our visit was the outstanding leadership of the hotel manager, Mr. Uğur. His hands-on approach, attentive communication, and clear commitment to guest satisfaction significantly elevated the quality of our stay. His proactive problem-solving and visible care for guests created a welcoming atmosphere that stood out throughout our visit.While some aspects of the staff appeared a bit tired or reserved towards the end of the season, this did not ruin our overall impression. The warm dedication of the management team helped mitigate these minor issues, and we still felt valued as guests.The mini club was a real highlight for families. The team members showed genuine enthusiasm and put effort into planning engaging activities for children, which kept our douther one entertained and happy. The dedication of the mini club staff contributed considerably to the enjoyment of our family stay. Ivanna, one of the waitstaff in the main restaurant, demonstrated exceptional energy and attentiveness. Among the serving team, she stood out as the most energetic and consistently positive presence, delivering cheerful and efficient service that enhanced our dining experience.Looking ahead, we hope the hotel management continues to invest in staff training and facility improvements to elevate Lusso Sorgun to a luxury, premium-level resort. With continued focus on guest-centric service and timely attention to maintenance.

Everything was just fantastic, only there could be more tennis courts. Animator Karina was so much attentive and warm heart, she was everywhere with full efforts to help. Thank You!

I was nervous! I had read conflicting reviews of All Inclusive Hotels in Turkey! But my fears disappeared the moment I set foot in this hotel. It’s only 9 months old and it is breathtaking! Minimalist yet stylish and elegant I wanted a healthy week of eating well and exercising. This hotel delivered! Pilates followed by Yoga in the morning guided by the lovely teacher Mwshra who was excellent. Well equipped gym. Beautiful outside pools but I used the indoor pool as I wanted to swim laps. Great walking options in particular the walk to Old Town of Side with its archaeological sites. But if you want to eat and drink from when you open your eyes til when you close them, then you can at this hotel Food was very good at the main buffet style restaurant and the 24 hr establishment. I ate at the pool bar every afternoon which was excellent There are other options of restaurants that you pay an extra charge. I tried Marrone, The Italian restaurant. What a beautiful experience from octopus to king prawns, beef carpaccio to steak, chicken to pizza… I think my highlight however were the two cafes who serve up amazing homemade bakes and chocolate… they are exquisite. Finally… the staff. All the staff at all the restaurants and cafes are so welcoming, helpful and really kind especially at the two cafes and Marrone. I cannot wait to return with my family next year, but will return on my own as this whole experience was a complete Reset! I came with my family. There were a lot of fun activities. We played tennis, dart, Pilates, yoga. The food is great. Rooms are new and modern. Everything is clean and aesthetic.
