LUSSO Sorgun

I was in this hotel with my family, in March the weather was bad so I went to the gym with my sister we met a great coach there (tuna) he was very helpful friendly and we felt taken care of in everything he helped and did not take us of our eyes.

Hotel is good, darts is amaizing with guide yigt best guide. Animation team was good.

Was staying in Lusso Sorgun hotel. Overall atmosphere is good, rooms were always clear and pool was always with warm water. About activities Yigit made our weekend much better. As soon as we met Yigit, he was every time ready to spend time with us and do whatever activities we would prefer. Always smiling, always friendly and kind. Food was good. There were a lot of different kind of restaurants. Mustafa ( if i remember correctly ) who works at reception was kind and friendly. Always showed an interest in how our trip was going and was ready to help with any kind of problems. Overall, got good memories about the trip and once again thanks to mentioned guys for making our trip better.

Where should I start. We stayed in Lusso Sorgun for 6 days, those days would not be that memorable if not him. I am talking about animator Yigit! He made our trip! It was so fun spending the time with him, playing darts, playing table tennis and having great chats! I recommend to everyone, if you want to have the best experience from the hotel and just a great guy in your company, then you should meet Yigit! Yigit thank you!!! C’mon Yigit! Brazilllll!

I recently stayed at Lusso Sorgun and overall had a mixed experience. The hotel itself has potential, but unfortunately the service quality was not at the highest level. A noticeable number of staff members struggled with English, which made communication quite difficult at times and impacted the overall guest experience. One particularly disappointing interaction was at the reception — the bald gentleman there was not welcoming at all, appeared quite irritated, and was unable to assist with even simple requests. First impressions matter, and this was definitely not a positive start. That said, I want to give special thanks to Yiğit from the animation team. He truly made a difference during our stay. His energy, friendliness, and daily darts activities brought a lot of fun and enjoyment to our vacation. He stood out from the rest of the staff as someone who genuinely cares about guests having a great time. In summary, while there were some enjoyable moments, especially thanks to Yiğit, the hotel needs to improve its service standards and staff communication to meet expectations.
