We spent 9 wonderful nights at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan as a family of three (two adults and one teenager). We highly recommend this resort. It provided an exceptional experience for all of us, with just one or two small areas for improvement. Pros & Highlights: Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire hotel was kept extremely clean throughout our entire 9-night stay. Fantastic Food & Drinks: The variety and quality of both the food and the drinks were absolutely outstanding. Great applause for the ladies at Excel bar and the team at pier. Teenager Friendly: The resort has an excellent vibe with plenty of activities that kept our teenager thoroughly entertained. Our kid (well, me as well) especially loved Aqua Park. Great Overall Service: The staff works incredibly hard to deliver great service across the property. Things to Note / Areas for Improvement: Language Barrier: While service is great, there is a slight English language barrier. Turkish and Russian are definitely the dominant languages spoken among the staff. However, all of them were giving their best to explain on/understand our English so rarely were misunderstandings. WhatsApp Personal Assistants: The concept of having dedicated assistants via WhatsApp is good, but the execution fell short. The digital communication was the only disappointing part of our holiday. Question with "When" should be answered with "Then"; "Where" with "There"! Overall Verdict: Despite the minor communication hiccups, we absolutely loved our time here. The cleanliness, food quality, and teen-friendly environment make it a fantastic destination. We would gladly return!

Nirvana Cosmopolitan is an amazing hotel that offers a memomerable stay for its visitors! We had hard time to breathe from eating too much of the most delicious food they had to offer every day and personel made it all easy and smooth for us. I am especially thankful to Ali Ulusoy who took great care of us at the restaurant. Thank you to all staff, you all do a great job! The Waterpark and slides made kids and us very happy and beach was super pleasant too!

we have just returned from a fantastic stay at the hotel, and our whole family agrees that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food deserves special praise. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the quality was excellent. Whether you preferred local specialties or more traditional dishes, there was something for everyone. The buffet offered plenty of variety each day, and everything was fresh and delicious. There were also great options for children, making mealtimes easy and enjoyable for the whole family. The bar was one of our favorite places to spend time in the evenings. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were skilled at preparing delicious drinks while providing excellent service. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day full of activities. For the children, the Crispy Club was a huge highlight. The entertainment team did an amazing job organizing fun and engaging activities every day. The kids looked forward to participating and quickly made new friends through games, creative activities, and various competitions. It was clear that the staff were passionate about what they do and worked hard to ensure that every child felt welcome and included. In addition, there was a great atmosphere throughout the hotel, with activities and entertainment available for both children and adults. We felt well looked after during our entire stay, and it was clear that the hotel was dedicated to providing guests with a memorable holiday experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to both families and couples. The combination of excellent food, a wonderful bar, great facilities, and the fantastic entertainment at Crispy Club made our holiday truly special. We would be delighted to return in the future.

Everything was perfect. The room very clean everyday. Service was amazing,my kids enjoyed too much this vacation. They have a lot of activities to do. We hope see u soon 🥰. You can eat in many places, and have a lot of areas to stay!
