Rixos Park Belek – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and we would especially like to thank May Keyay Masembeg for the outstanding housekeeping service.

Rixos Park Belek is a good option mainly if you are Russian- or Turkish-speaking, but it was not a great experience for us as international guests. The location is good and the access to The Land of Legends is definitely the main advantage of this hotel. For our children, this was the only thing that really made the stay worthwhile. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Many members of the staff seemed poorly trained and did not understand even basic English, which made simple requests difficult. We also felt that priority was often given to more assertive Russian-speaking guests. The food was acceptable, but not excellent. Drinks were often served on tap, and bottled drinks were generally available only at the lobby bar, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. One particularly unpleasant experience was on our departure day. We had an early morning flight and asked Guest Relations if they could prepare a small packed breakfast for our children. They refused, which we found very poor customer service, especially for a family hotel. The room also had issues: the bathroom door did not close properly. Around the main pool, the wooden flooring looked poorly maintained, and near the water it appeared damp and mouldy. The entertainment was also underwhelming. Only one evening had a decent live band; otherwise, it was not worth mentioning. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel if your main reason for staying is access to The Land of Legends. Otherwise, the service, communication, facilities and overall experience do not match the expectations for a Rixos hotel.

such a dreamy hotel! the atmosphere is cute and cozy. the hotel has so many activities which you can join and have fun! i also recommend you to visit the land of legends, which is free to go! the staff here is honestly so kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!
