Hezký nový hotel, trochu chyběly animace aqua pro ženy, které nebyly ani jednou, občas v jídelně nestíhali odkrýt ani jídla, takže u snídaně byly na jídle ještě igelity. Porucha výtahu se neopravila ani za 5 dní.Další negativní byl obsah jídla u moře, ale jinak nákupní možnosti v blízkosti hotelu, moře krásné, teplé, bazény také super, a perfektní rehabilitační masáže, ty stály opravdu za to.

Relaxing stay at a brand-new modern hotel We had a calm, quiet, and very relaxing holiday at the new Seher Side Quality Resort & SPA 16+ in Side. The hotel only opened in 2025 and is the fourth in the Seher group, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. The hotel isn’t very big (around 140 rooms) but it’s new, super clean, and modern. Location is great – close to a lively boulevard with shops, bazaars, pharmacies, plus Migros and Şok supermarkets. We arrived early in the morning (6 a.m.), got our wristbands right away, had breakfast at 7, and were checked into our room by 8. The elevators are fast and new, so no waiting. Rooms face either the pool or the neighboring Side Story Resort, so both sides have a decent view. On arrival, guests get a free 15-minute massage voucher (valid on the first day) and a beach bag with the hotel logo. Rooms are spotless and stylish, with new furniture, a huge TV with YouTube, minibar restocked daily with beer and soft drinks, plus tea/coffee set. Bathrooms come with lots of extras – toothbrush, shaving kit, cotton pads, bathrobes. Safe is free, A/C works perfectly. Towels were changed daily, and bed linen several times during the week. Food was excellent – always plenty of choice. There were themed dinners, and every day you could find meat, fish, and chicken. At the snack bar we really enjoyed the burgers, pizza, pasta, and freshly made sandwiches. The gözleme at the beach was amazing. Lots of fresh fruit depending on the season. Drinks were local, cocktails nicely prepared, and coffee in the lobby was very good. The pool area was clean, with enough sunbeds at all times. There are 2 outdoor pools plus an indoor one. Entertainment and animation were mostly at the smaller pool, and in the evenings there were shows at the amphitheater with tables and a cocktail bar. The beach is huge, sandy, and shared with the other Seher hotels (separated by ropes). The sand is fine, no pebbles, with sunshades and a gentle slope into the sea. It’s located next to a small river with turtles – which makes the sea water cooler and sometimes murky, but still nice. If you prefer, you can also use the beaches of the other nearby hotels. No mosquitoes at all, which was a big plus. What could be improved: no small bottled water is provided either at the hotel or on the beach. Overall, we loved our stay. This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and good service in a modern and spotless environment with tasty food. Staff were always friendly, smiling, and very professional. We would happily come back again!

Great hotel, clean rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located, and in the evening, you can walk around the city, which has many shops selling various souvenirs and gifts.

Hotel sauber,essen super,leider kann man dieses Hotel nicht online buchen, angeblich ist es auf jeder Platform ausgebucht,ich würde gerne wiederkommen, habe aber keine Chance es zu buchen,bitte um Info dieses Hotel zu buchen, wir möchten im September 2026 nochmals dort hin

Kleines neues Hotel, sehr modern, Zimmer mit ca. 22 qm ausreichend, Kleiderschrank im Zimmer hatte einen starken unangenehmen Geruch. Zimmerreinigung nur oberflächlich, aber immer aus Handtüchern oder Bettlaken Gebilde geformt Essen war durchschnittlich aber meist kalt, selbst am Türkischen Abend gab es fast die selben Speisen wie immer, weitere Themenabende gab es nicht. Service im Restaurant sehr schlecht, Bedienstete und ihre Chefs standen immer im Restaurant auf einen Block zusammen, spielten mit dem Handy und man musste sogar mit seinem selbst geholten Kaffee um sie herumlaufen. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren auch nur mit dem Handy beschäftigt und würdigten die Gäste so gut wie nicht. Strandabschnitt sehr schmal, wir hatten aber im Oktober/November immer zwei Liegen bekommen, es gab nur ein Strandwärter für alle Seher-Hotels, so sahen Nachmittags die WC's auch aus. Strandbar o.K. Kellner sehr freundlich. In der Gegend herrschte ein Magen-Darm Virus, uns hat es auch am 3. Tag erwischt und im Hotel war, glaube ich, jeder zweite davon betroffen. Nach Beschwerte beim Manager wurden dann endlich Desinfektionsspender für die Hände aufgestellt.
