SY Hotels Belek Boutique Luxury

Had an accident a year ago when so called lifeguard push me down from water slide with another tourist still at the bottom. I suffered head injury which spoiled my holidays already on second day. I suffered headaches for next few months. Neither the hotel nor TUi took responsibility. That' how they really care for visitors. The hotel itself made it impossible to collect for any evidence like video footage etc. in case should I need it. I decided to write some kind of warning because I see the hotel is still being offered by Tui. Stay safe people.

We had a wonderful stay at SY Hotel Belek with our family. The hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. With 2 small kids, this hotel was a great choice for us. They especially loved the mini disco every evening and were excited for it every day. A very special thank you to the amazing animation team. They worked hard every day to create a fun atmosphere for both children and adults. Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm really made our holiday extra special. Thank you for giving us such beautiful holiday memories. We would happily come back again!

A disgusting hotel with terrible service. The food is spoiled and there is dirt everywhere. The selection is comparable to a hotel with no stars. The beach is a dirty public area where locals go fishing, and reaching it requires taking a bus. The hotel is located directly on the roadside with constant truck traffic, surrounded by construction sites and piles of trash. We were forced to look for restaurants just to be able to satisfy our hunger. I have never seen such a low-quality hotel. The staff are dishonest. When I specifically asked for coffee made in the coffee machine, they misled me and simply poured coffee into another cup, pretending that a coffee machine was being used. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The food was absolutely disgusting and clearly unsafe. I found hair in the food multiple times, and several dishes appeared to be made from spoiled ingredients. This is not just low quality — it’s a serious hygiene issue. Cleanliness across the hotel was unacceptable. Dirty surfaces, lack of proper maintenance, and an overall feeling of neglect made it impossible to feel comfortable at any point during the stay. The service was just as bad. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any concerns were ignored instead of being handled properly. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, food safety, or customer service. A truly awful experience.
