The hotel looks beautiful at first glance, especially the entrance area and the pool. Unfortunately, that's where the positives mostly end. The rooms were dirty, with construction debris left on the floor. Guests were allowed into a newly opened building where water was literally leaking from the ceiling. There was dust everywhere, the hallways were dirty, and many rooms were not properly equipped. We had to ask several times for a baby cot, yet it was never delivered. The sofa bed prepared for our child came with only a pillowcase and no blanket. Absolutely unacceptable. Even in the main restaurant, coffee cups were sometimes dirty. During the last days of May, the hotel was clearly overcrowded. There were not enough sunbeds, and I have never seen such a ridiculous battle for sunbeds in any other hotel. If you're planning to stay here, the best advice might be to pack your own sunbed in your suitcase. Guests were waking up at 5 a.m. to reserve spots, and then the staff would remove personal belongings left on the sunbeds, forcing people to search for their things all over the resort. The staff work extremely hard, and it is obvious that they are under a lot of pressure. There simply aren't enough employees for the number of guests. This hotel is definitely no longer a boutique hotel, and the word "Luxury" should be removed from its name. The same five songs played on repeat all day long. There was no quiet place to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy some peace. There was constant noise everywhere. Even at night, there were sounds of drilling, hammering, and ongoing construction work. The staff's favorite phrase seemed to be "10 minutes" whenever you reported an issue or asked for help. A special thank you to Hale and Murat, who made excellent cocktails throughout our stay. The girls working at the lobby bar were always friendly and smiling. They were one of the few reasons the hotel occasionally felt enjoyable. Sometimes we had to wait up to 40 minutes just to get a drink at the pool bar. To sum it up, I would not recommend this hotel during peak season because they simply cannot cope with the number of guests. Everything looks stunning in photos and promotional videos, but the reality is very different. One more thing: it was very disappointing to see that comments were disabled on your Instagram account. We stayed in here seven days today is our last day we are upset… we had wonderful holiday. We will come back in August. Foods snacks was delicious. Drinks cocktails also.. aquapark was amazing and big it was so fun with my cousins. We joined activities and pool games and we enjoyed. Cleaning was so good furnitures and beds and the other things they are all new and clean it was so important for me and my family. We loved here💖
It was a wonderful experience, everything was great , the food , the room , the activities . The best days ever ! The hospitality was perfect and we had a great view everywhere. Thank u Sy Hotel!
Great hotel,it has everything starting from Gaming room,Bar,Restaurants and more. The staff were nice, the hotel was very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable
As a group of 17 we were expecting a luxury 5* hotel with all the amenities advertised to be provided, this was not the case. This is not a luxury hotel and compared to the other 5 star hotels we have previously visited in Turkey this was an utter disappointment for the amount of money we paid.i would say a 4* is more adequate. Positives ⭐️Nice swimming pools and we liked the swim up bar concept ⭐️Children & adults in our party enjoyed the waterslides ⭐️Kids club was great the children were excited to go everyday & evening PlayStations, board games and soft play available ⭐️Hardworking friendly bar & restaurant staff shoutout to esen, Amir, muazezz & samet who couldn’t have worked any harder. ⭐️Drink selection very good especially the cocktails, branded spirits available when asked for. ⭐️ comfy beds, good storage & rooms equipped with facilities including shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, razor , toothpaste & brush , cotton buds & slippers and coffee tea area Negatives 👎🏼 not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. I do not expect to wake up at 6am to fight over a sunbed on my holiday 👎🏼 we went up to the room at 5pm and still hadn’t been cleaned meaning we had to go without at least twice during our stay. 👎🏼 room amenities were not topped up during our stay and had to ask for toilet roll & shower gel 👎🏼 al a carte restaurants closed after 3 days of complaining to guest relations tatiana who keep telling us it’s normal and they are not open until June even though advertised as open on the website. We finally got a meeting with the manager who arranged for us to have the al a carte dinner and it was very enjoyable but shouldn’t have taken away 3 days of our holiday complaining. 👎🏼 beach was small not enough sunbeds and did not serve ice cream which was advertised leaving the children disappointed 👎🏼 all staff overworked leaving queues everywhere shouldn’t be waiting 30 mins for a drink because there’s only 2 bars open each with one person serving 👎🏼 no bar near the entertainment you have to walk up a big flight of stairs Overall not enough facilities for the amount of guests , not enough sunbeds, tables for dinner or chairs for the entertainment
