I just want to say how amazing the Entertainment Team is, especially Güney! His energy, positivity, and passion truly make every moment unforgettable. He knows exactly how to engage people and create such a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. You can really see how much he loves what he does, and it reflects in every activity and show. Thank you, Güney and the whole Entertainment Team, for making our experience so special and full of great memories!

Hotel is lovely, staff great. 40 mins from the airport and as a bonus you get access to the SunGate Hotel and Land of Legends, both free and free transport. We personally went to the SunGate on 5 days, as it was busier and had more going on. Now onto the “personally not my cup of tea” part. If you're a fitness fantastic who wants to cycle, play tennis, yoga and all manners of other activities, while eating like a rabbit, you'll love this hotel. I unfortunately am not. I struggled massively with the food for AM/PM, everything was incredibly basic and didn’t have much taste at all. One soup daily (often fish or cheese based), and the food wasn’t replenished often. We’d pop down for around 8pm and most of it was either empty or had sat there for 90 mins. The beer was good, wine - awful. The two restaurants that were open were also not particular appealing. Entertainment was again, quite basic - we often left half way through, but some people liked it. It was very quiet in the hotel, and we heard the main season doesn't start until early May which might explain some of it. But as I say, fantastic hotel, amazing staff, clean, tidy and very helpful, and the added bonus of another hotel and theme park, just so let down on the food.

Hotel was amazing excellent service so accommodating such helpful friendly kind staff. Especially merve on customer guest service desk was incredible very kind sorted everything out for us. Best hotel I have ever stayed at.
