There was only one serious issue - tiny elevators. Three 4 person elevators for 14 stories do not for a convenient ascent make. This was exasperated by the fact I was there with my entire workplace, meaning we had to stagger our travel every time we mounted/dismounted the buses. Aside from that, the hotel was fine. Others complained about the quality of the food, but I’m not enough of a gourmet to judge. It was certainly better than what I eat at home. I guess the blankets were also far too short for a 6’3” guy like me. Didn’t have major issues, didn’t need to contact the staff, so I wouldn’t know what they’re made of. They picked up dirty dishes quickly enough. The surrounding area gave me worrisome vibes, but I haven’t actually been accosted by scammers or pickpockets when walking around town. Although again - big freaking guy here. I guess the review won’t be complete without visiting the casino, but I’m not going in THERE.

Hotel is nice and clean,staff are very nice .rooms are small , ask for high floors to avoid noise from beach abd bars abound the hotel,Located near sunny beach area and Kiki beach. Very close to the beach area. No need to take full board plan, breakfast and dinner are enough. Fisherman's village is a must .

I do not reccomend this hotel because of cheap prices there similar guests. We met there criminals who was very aggressive, broke bottles near pool, brought prostitutes in room, there they scream, police came and allow them to stay. You not protected in this hotel

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach. it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil. the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc. i recommend

Europe Hotel&Casino- it îs a real 4 stars hotel. It was recently renovated, it has his own parking which is free of charge . I stayed here 5 nights and it was super! The best conditions at the pool, at the bar, at the restaurant. The pool is very big, clean water, sunbeds around the pool, shadow from umbrellas and palm trees. The room is big enogh, beautiful shore view, you can see the whole Sunny Beach, big TV (french TV, CNN, MTV and other foreign channels) very good refrigerator, full minibar, new air conditioner , bathroom was clean and has good quality toiletries, shower cabin, very clean, too, bright white towels). The room is very nice decorated, nice carpets, small wardrobe, plenty mirrors. The balcony is big, with one table and two garden chairs. The food (I had breakfast included) is very well cooked (2 or 3 kind of omllets, various cookies and pies, biscuiți, brioche, pan cakes). You have what to choose if you are vegetarian or just picky regarding food (fruits, vegetables, cereals, 3 kind of ham, chees, olives, 7 kind of bread, 2 kind of butter, not margarine- real butter, Nutella, Jam, milk, youghourt, and many many others, delicious food). The hotel is next to a top beach, Kiki Beach, you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella about 15 leva. Around the hotel are many supermarket, restaurants and bars, shopping areas, taxi station and mini train station. By pass, you are în the middle of the Sunny Beach în about 10 minutes. About the people there, what can I say? All the best for them, they made my hollyday very pleasant. You meet everywhere nice people and ready to help you. At the restaurant, at the pool, at the bar but most of all , at the reception. I had a small request at the check in and they solved în less then 5 minutes. Every day the room maides came and change towels, clean the room, arrange the beds, ask if you need anything else. I would come back there anytime! I will recommend the hotel!
