IM Dreamer Hotel.

KATASTROFA! Úklid strašný i po stížnosti, ponechaný otevřený pokoj, nepořádek na zemi i ve sprše, uzavřený snack bar, denně stejné snídaně i obědy a večeře (hodně ze zbytků). Převracející deštníky u bazénu, rozpadající se odtok bazénu i mozaika na dně (zranění našich dětí o dno, další turista propadl odtokem a upadl). Každodenní hluk až do noci. Nikdy více!

The room we got was absolutely stunning, the staff and the receptionists were bending backwards to help and accommodate all our requests , the location and the see were lovely but the food was absolutely diabolical. The only thing that you have to know going there is that you will have to eat out at lease ones if not twice a day especially if you are a food lover. Even the basic food was not good at all. That was the opinion of quite a few visitors according one of the employees from the hotel. Apparently the bad feedback was forwarded to the management and they were going to do some changes in the kitchen management but who knows if or when.. but if you are not a big foodie then this is an absolutely amazing choice of hotel, location and atmosphere.

7 night stay in this hotel with my family and we had two rooms. 295 and 66. Despite requesting rooms near each other we were at opposite ends of hotel. This could have been changed the following day but everyone had settled in so felt pointless. Hotel is spotless. Cleaning staff, repair staff and bar staff work hard. I have to say that the reception staff were pleasant and are friendly if you are friendly to them. The rooms although renovated, have not been finished to a standard but again are spotless and fresh.the Aircon in 66 was not good but fine in 295. Both room locations can be noisy at night with local bars etc but we expected this especially with world cup being on. Food in hotel is okay. You can get a meal together but repetitive as you'd expect. Highlights for me were the sliced loaf cake and mekitsa at breakfast. We ate out a bit at route 66 which was fab and had great cocktails and also Bella Rosa pizza place which was phenomenal. The hotel coffees and teas are great! Snacks offered are poor. Not worth getting really. Cocktails in hotel limited selection but could pay for quality ingredients if you wanted the real deal. Approx 8 euro. Draft beer was a hit with hubby. Get taxi boat from pier to nessebar for 10 euro pp. Lovely day out. Beautiful ruins and churches. Great photo opportunity everywhere. Love it there. We had a night flight home but check out was 11am. We paid to keep room on till 3 and could use facilities up until then. After this time everything is a no go. The local area is busy. The beach is right out front and is glorious. The sea is warm and refreshing. We spent lots of time here. The hotel has loungers and parasol to use at front. White parasols and black legged loungers. U need to get towels and voucher from reception before u go each day to use them. The wee voucher man at the beach is lovely. Beachcombing for shells is fun and we saw some hermit crabs and wee fish which was awesome. The hotel pool is quite chilly so we opted for beach. But if u wanted lounger by pool there was plenty. The seagulls bathing in the pool was off putting but the hotel can't help that really. Not that much entertainment except mini club for kids. The team was super enthusiastic and lovely though. We have been to sunny beach 3 times now and will come again. But to a diff hotel we feel. This hotel has so much going for it being so central but it needs to listen to the reviews and change some things. Pros and cons so make your own mind up or just stay without food added and eat out at some nice places instead. Will review eateries separate. Love you Bulgaria and will miss you x

Booked this via Jet2Holidays as it stated it was 4 star This is no way a 4 star hotel when. We arrived at Midnight our door Mey wouldn’t work so had to go back to reception we weren’t given any information on check in regards the hotel facilities and the fact that we needed a voucher for the sunbeds on the beach The food is not of 4 star quality it’s COLD ! The breakfasts consists of Luke warm eggs bacon sausages cold meats cheese French sticks toast jam mini croissants and fruit Lunch consists of some salad some days salad was tomato and cucumber no lettuce leaves and Luke warm meats eg chicken turkey pork and fish French fries sometimes there is pasta of sorts and rice and veg which is carrots cauli brocolli (all Luke warm) frozen bags not fresh veg Dinner is the same as lunch The food isn’t labelled properly there are no gluten free options and it isn’t very vegan or vegetarian friendly My sister has spent 5 out of the 6 days that we have been here constantly on the toilet with diahhorea which has made it near impossible to spend the day at the beach or go far from the hotel as toilets in the resort are hard to find The rooms are fare for a 4 star hotel you wouldn’t expect to see paint drips on the walls bubbling skirting this hotel has just been renovated ? The air conditioning doesn’t work it’s set to 30 degrees the amount of times I have changed it to 19 degrees and it still doesn’t work Lastly if you are on a late flight the hotel have stated that we can’t use the facilities after check out at 11 am unless we pay 15€ an hour therefore no pool towel no drinks no food our pick up is at 7pm so that is an additional 120€ which we weren’t aware of until I asked about keeping our room on, they didn’t mention anything about a courtesy room they just said that we Couldn’t use the hotel facilities once we had checked out, if you have a day flight that’s not a problem but we didn’t arrive till midnight but that is classed as day 1 even though we didn’t have any drinks or food or use the facilities - just be wary about this Also it states about snacks during the day these were available for the first few days the last 3 days there have been no snacks available the pictures on their website are NOT a true reflection of the hotel

Booked with Jet2holidays, didn’t arrive at the hotel until midnight so was unable to get a drink or anything. Two small bottles of water were in the room for us. When checking in we were not told about any of the facilities or timings for meals and drinks. The food here is of very poor standard, you expect it pasta etc to be hot but it’s actually cold even if you arrive in the restaurant as soon as it opens, the pop is flat as a pancake in the restaurant, the first few days they had snacks between meal time, then these for removed even though it states on Jet2holidays that snacks are available during certain times during the day. Only 4 cocktails to choice from, which are all disgusting. To say this is a four star hotel is an understatement it’s more like a 2 star. We are due to leave at 7pm on Thursday and have been told check out is at 11am and once we check out we are not allowed to use any of the facilities such as the pool, restaurant. Unsure if they mean even the toilets!!! Personally I think this is disgraceful considering we didn’t use any on our first day. I feel for people who have children with them on holiday in this hotel if your flight isn’t until later in the day! How they can treat people like this is beyond me. Jet2holidays have stated this is in there terms and conditions, however I have traveled to many different destinations and this has never happened before,
