Onyx Beach Residence

It's a terrible hotel. The food is very bad, and the children got sick. The rooms are old, don't believe the pictures. But the worst part is the rude and unfriendly staff. They hate Russians and Ukrainians. The hotel is empty, and only Bulgarians come on weekends. It's dirty everywhere . The restaurant on the beach has very bad and expensive food. It's empty, and there's no one there. There's no service, no entertainment, and it's very boring. I will never return to this terrible hotel.

It’s amazing place really romantic and nice. But nothing work there Breakfast is simply horrible, low quality and terrible service, people stay inside chat on the phone, menu for restaurant is very limited and chef is the best one but raw materials is … Wine list is more or less zero ! Many children's on the beach you can't stay quiet one single minute . So no party no relax its a kinder garden. The beach its perfect but for this money better italy spain or greek - you spent much less and you can enjoy top food and top mediterranean place - so in total my evaluation is negative.

It was our first visit, we loved absolutely everything there. Rooms, beach, pools, restaurants - all were great. The only note are the mini bars in the room were very small for an appointment and not cooling well. Service in the restaurant and reception were also great. Beach bar service can be improved.

Visited our daughter for a beach day. The public bathrooms on the beach (accessed by room key) and in the hotel near the restaurant are spotlessly clean. The beach restaurant serves good food and there's service on the beach by pressing the bell button on your parasol. Daughter says the guest rooms are also super clean, spacious and comfortable.

Excellent hotel on the Black Sea. We enjoyed a wonderful landscape, great beach and very clean sea. The restaurant is good, just the guys should talk a better English. Good breakfast with amazing sea view. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Really a good hotel
