TUI SUNEO Perla

Po tříhodinovém čekání na odlet z Prahy jsme se konečně dočkali. Přijeli jsme do hotelu Perla kde nás srdečně uvítala recepční, která jsi od nás vzala dokumenty a hnala nás na večeři. U vstupu do jídelny čekala slečna ve Španělském outfitu se Sangrii. Nemůžeme jsi za šest dní na nic z plného servisu stěžovat. Opravdu ráj na zemi.

Hotel nás hodně překvapil. Zasloužil by si místo 4 hvezdicky určitě 5 hvězdiček. Všechno je tady perfektní, obsluha, jídlo, cistota, personál. Hned po příjezdu se nás ujal personál hotelu, vzal naše zavazadlo a odvedl nás na pokoj a vše nám tam ukázal. Pokoj krásný a velice čistý. Každý den nám pokoj uklidili a dali čisté ručníky. Jídlo all inclusive perfektní. Každý den jiný výběr, každý večer nějaký tematicky. A večer u bazénu pokaždé nějaká zábava.

We are currently staying here. This hotel scores 10/10 for cleanliness. The food is lovely with a different theme every night, along with the staples of pizza & pasta. There is a good choice of drinks and some lovely cocktails on offer. My main complaint is the constant music everywhere from about 8am. Our room Overlooks the pool so the music comes straight in along with jet washing noise at about 8am. The music round the pool varies from a just about ok volume to so loud that you have to raise your voice to speak to your partner on the next bed. It’s not the tranquil experience that is mentioned on their website. Unfortunately unlike TUI Blue hotels there is nowhere quiet to retreat to if you want to lose yourself in some peace & good read. Despite other reviewers there seem to be sufficient sun-beds around the pool, although June may not have full occupancy. The nearby beach is an option but it’s 16 euros for 2 sunbeds per day (!) & is extremely crowded. Maybe I should have researched more but hope this review is useful for anyone planning a relaxing quiet break.

staying for 10 nights been here for 3 so far it’s absolutely amazing. The food, staff and hotel is great couldn’t have asked for better. Will be coming again

Where do we begin! Firstly access into the hotel slopes like a ski ramp no handrails. Steps to reception again no handrails. Smelt very clean & fresh. Unless you're very agile getting out of the pool is near impossible. Food was repetitive & always cold, avoid the "freshly" cooked section as this is prepared by University students who have no training. Burnt pizza & undercooked meats. Rooms appear clean but we had to ask for bed linen to be changed & quilts were grubby. Shower constantly leaks, had towels on the floor to avoid slipping over. No safe in room. There are no comfortable areas outside when entertainment is on, if weather is bad not enough seating inside & there are no facilities inside for entertainment. Location is good, Nessebar is best place to visit. What a shame.
