Heritage Grand Perast by Rixos

Our stay at Heritage Grand was absolutely amazing. Girls at reception, bellboys and housekeeping team were extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. A big thank you to the entire reception team for making our stay so pleasant, I will definitely be back :)

When we arrived in Perast, finding parking was a bit confusing because there are two ways to enter the town. It’s important to look for the Parking 1 area. When we arrived, the valet kindly showed us where to park, and from there a golf cart took us into the village. Our bellboy, Niko, drove us to the hotel and gave us a short history lesson along the way, which was a very nice touch. The scenery as you drive into the village is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views of the lake. Upon arrival at the hotel, the manager Katarina greeted us warmly. Jovana also welcomed us and handled our check-in smoothly. The hotel has great facilities, including a beautiful indoor pool. The spa staff were extremely kind. Breakfast is not buffet-style, but there is still a good variety of options. Darko provided excellent service during breakfast. Our room was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable. Perast is a small town with not a lot of activities, but the views alone make it worth visiting. The hotel itself is magnificent, and we will definitely come back again.

The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is stunning and the village has a handful of incredible restaurants but the days spent at the hotel suggested that the management didn’t care and the majority of the staff, with a couple of exceptions, were lazy and rude. The life guard slept on the sunbed for most of the afternoon. The waiter at the pool deck sat watching loud YouTube videos on his phone. Some of the breakfast staff seemed to enjoy arguing with customers and saying no to simple requests like wiping a table, finding a menu of providing cutlery. The towels were threadbare in the room, by the pool and in the spa. There were constant complaints each time I walked through reception with people holding bundles of towels from their rooms. There’s no bar for after dinner which was a shame as music in the courtyard or indoors would have been lovely.

We have just had a five day break in Perast, staying at the Grand Heritage Hotel and have loved our stay. The village is beautifully uncommercialised with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and sea scape. The hotel is well- appointed, impeccably clean with friendly, professional and attentive staff - a true credit all round. The breakfast buffet was expansive and beautifully presented, special mention at breakfast to Susan and Roselia, our lovely waitresses who made the experience very special. All staff will make you feel very welcome at all times. Our room was amazing with a lovely sea view and every amenity provided for. The spa, pool and gym were an excellent feature with first class treatments available should you wish to indulge. An outside terrace and pool complete your experience - highly recommended, we hope to return soon.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing-from the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.
