Heritage Grand Perast by Rixos

Words cannot describe how wonderful our birthday weekend was. The hotel is located in the most beautiful part of the Bay of Kotor, in Perast, a UNESCO-protected town. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the moment of arrival, when you are greeted at the entrance of the town and transported by an electric shuttle, to the welcome drink. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the marble bathrooms are spacious. They use only top-quality cosmetics—Bvlgari. The birthday dinner prepared for us was at the level of a Michelin-star restaurant! The breakfast was equally outstanding. But the best part of all are the people who work there. From the director Marina, to Katarina, Ana, Darko, Ilija, Nikša, Nikola, Veselin, and our favorite, Aleksandar.

Heritage Grand Perast Hotel gave us one of the most memorable birthday weekends we have ever had. Located in the breathtaking UNESCO-protected town of Perast, the hotel offers a truly unique experience in one of the most beautiful corners of the Bay of Kotor. Every detail was impeccable from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome at the entrance of the town, the electric shuttle transfer, and the welcome drink all created a sense of care and exclusivity. The room was beautifully styled, refined, and comfortable, while the spacious marble bathroom and Bvlgari amenities added a real sense of luxury. The birthday dinner arranged for us was outstanding, with quality and presentation worthy of a top fine dining experience. Breakfast was equally impressive. Above all, the exceptional hospitality of the team made the difference. Marina, Katarina, Ana, Darko, Ilija, Nikša, Nikola, Veselin, and especially Aleksandar all contributed to making our stay truly special. An outstanding hotel in every sense.

Our stay at Heritage Grand was absolutely amazing. Girls at reception, bellboys and housekeeping team were extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. A big thank you to the entire reception team for making our stay so pleasant, I will definitely be back :)

The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is stunning and the village has a handful of incredible restaurants but the days spent at the hotel suggested that the management didn’t care and the majority of the staff, with a couple of exceptions, were lazy and rude. The life guard slept on the sunbed for most of the afternoon. The waiter at the pool deck sat watching loud YouTube videos on his phone. Some of the breakfast staff seemed to enjoy arguing with customers and saying no to simple requests like wiping a table, finding a menu of providing cutlery. The towels were threadbare in the room, by the pool and in the spa. There were constant complaints each time I walked through reception with people holding bundles of towels from their rooms. There’s no bar for after dinner which was a shame as music in the courtyard or indoors would have been lovely.

We have just had a five day break in Perast, staying at the Grand Heritage Hotel and have loved our stay. The village is beautifully uncommercialised with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and sea scape. The hotel is well- appointed, impeccably clean with friendly, professional and attentive staff - a true credit all round. The breakfast buffet was expansive and beautifully presented, special mention at breakfast to Susan and Roselia, our lovely waitresses who made the experience very special. All staff will make you feel very welcome at all times. Our room was amazing with a lovely sea view and every amenity provided for. The spa, pool and gym were an excellent feature with first class treatments available should you wish to indulge. An outside terrace and pool complete your experience - highly recommended, we hope to return soon.
