Excellent hotel. Great facilities. Great food. All the staff were excellent and the animation/entertainment team were so friendly and efficient. We were there for 4 nights Beautiful scenic location. We were in Luna block which was perfectly placed for all amenities.

We have just returned from an amazing week in Montenegro staying at this ideally situated hotel. The location is stunning & is not very far from the Croatian border, therefore the transfer time from Dubrovnik airport isn’t too long. Don’t fly into Tivat as your transfer would take forever! The hotel reception & restaurant staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Our rooms were very clean, modern & although we were booked into garden view rooms, we had lovely views over the bay. It would appear all rooms face the bay so no need to request a sea view. Yes, there are many steps to get around but it tells you this on booking, the same with the location. The boat taxi is €15 return but we only needed to use it once as we booked trips out to Trebinje in Bosnia, Dubrovnik & a boat tour of the bay, visiting ‘The Lady of the Rock’, Perast & Kotor, all well worth a visit. We would certainly go back & stay in the same hotel. The only comment I would make is disappointingly, no dress code at all for the evening with some people looking like they could have just come from off the sun beds, however, this is the only negative. The choice of food was great & we loved the themed evenings.

We had the best holiday, the hotel, food, views and especially the entertainment staff, they made our holiday so much fun, cannot wait to go back next year! Huge thank you especially to Omar, Ibro, Maria and Stacy you really do know how to make people feel welcome and have fun!

It's not often that I like a hotel so much that I plan to return asap, but this place is exceptional. What makes it so go is the staff. Each and every one is so friendly and helpful! I was aware when I booked that there are many steps to negotiate but I was determined to manage even though I use a stick to walk. On check in I was immediately assigned a room close to the pool which limited the number of steps to negotiate each day. The room was amazing, large, comfortable and spotlessly clean with fabulous views across the bay with a large balcony to enjoy. We made the most of the facilities. The beach bar with a relaxed vibe and table tennis and other activities to enjoy. We used the gym every day even though I'd done a work out walking up to it! The pool and surroundings are clean and attractive and I even braved the icy pool water a few times. The pool bar was great and every night there were shows to relax and watch and afternoon activities. The taxi boat to the centre of Herceg Novi goes every hour and is well worth a few visits. I used the Bahia bar by the restaurant every day and the outside seating area. The drinks were all great and a large selection of cocktails and mocktails as well as numerous soft drinks options. I've saved the best til last. The restaurant! The restaurant is lovely, clean and comfortable with magnificent views. The food was amazing. So much selection and always something new to try. The staff were great. Making sure the tables were cleared as you finished. Not once did I have to eat with uncollected dishes on the table. Now for a very special mention to an incredible chef and his team. My daughter is coeliac and can't eat anything with gluten. Mohamed attended to her meals every day, making sure she had everything she needed and creating special dishes just for her. This level of attention and professionalism is rare and truly made our holiday special. He even provided us with packed gluten free food for our early morning flight as it's not possible to buy anything at the airport or on the flight. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mohamed and all the chefs who made.our holiday so memorable! The only slight criticism I have is that there is no transport available from the rooms to reception before 8 am. It's a hard walk up the steps and road at 6am although to be fair, our cases were collected the previous night!!

My partner and I are currently at this hotel and there is one word to describe this hotel and the word is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful the food is beautiful the staff are beautiful and the scenery is beautiful, say no more.
