Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Great hotel, on arrival check in , slick , room ready early , member of reward scheme pays off , clean , loads of staff , loads of of snacks n beds , they do move reserved towels after 30 mins , which was good , food & drink reasonable price , buffet 50 per person but sort it , outside seating area , breakfast amazing , staff fantastic , omelette chef Gordana was great , pool staff Noel great Marko in bar great , pula town easy by bus or 10 euros in Uber , from airport take uber 25 or take take taxi 60$! Mini market 10 minutes walk from hotel , sold basics

I had great experience in this hotel, everything was perfect, specially people who works also at reception, swimming pool and at bars and restaurants. Food is amazing like i would expect in Istria. Either way I am happy to except recommendation from my family and i will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Positives first, public areas in the hotel were lovely, clean and well kept. Staff were very nice and more than helpful. We paid almost £10k for a 14 day holiday for 2 couples bed & breakfast. Additional food and drink at this hotel is way over priced, unfortnately it seems to be nothing more than profiteering as there is little else around this hotel in terms of other restaurants. Breakfast is so so, having said that this the only hotel I have ever stayed in that does not have yoghurt on the breakfast menu, I had to specifically request/order yoghurt at reception, it took 3 days to get and then I had to ask the restaurant manager to bring it when I went in to breakfast. After 2 days nobody knew anything about it....I gave up and took my own bought from a supermarket in the end. Won't be staying here again! And although this is not hotel related, Pula airport is something else and not in a good way it was like going back to the 1980's!.

We chose the hotel after looking at all the options and reviews. We arrived on the early morning flight from Gatwick and got to the hotel around 11am. Surprisingly there were no welcome drinks offered as with many other hotels we’ve stayed in. The receptionist booked us in very efficiently taking all our details and explaining about the facilities at the hotel. Unfortunately, our room was not ready for us but we were informed that it would be ready in 30-60 minutes. We were directed to the lobby bar and told that we could get a drink there and to come back in an hour when our room would be ready, unfortunately after the hour it wasn’t. That was our only frustration for the whole week. Everything else was perfect, our room was gorgeous with a sea view and was made up every day with the complimentary water, teas and coffee’s all replenished. All communal areas were spotlessly clean with beautiful finishes everywhere. Breakfast and Evening meal were fantastic with a wide variety of options. Beware that drinks were only available at breakfast and at evening meals you have to pay. The outdoor pool and surrounding areas were a fantastic place to relax and unwind. Just for info, the pool is cleaned Sunday night and is closed all day Monday. The indoor spa, sauna and relaxing area were an absolute pleasure, with help yourself herbal teas and chilled lemon water. Sunbeds and cabanas were available down a few steps on the sea front, this was a perfect place to chill with a view of the Adriatic. Beautiful sunsets every night. If you walk down the left of the hotel and through the pine trees you can find a perfect place to spot the dolphins. Fantastic restful week in the most perfect surroundings
