Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, A Radisson Collection Hotel

We were particularly impressed by the staff (reception, restaurant, bar) and everything else was in the spirit of 5 stars.

During the two-day conference, I am very pleased with everything. From the staff at the reception, in the dining room, the cleaners, to the atmosphere in and around the hotel. It is evident that quality has been invested in and that a high standard is maintained. My recommendations for a business stay, and I will most likely return with my family as well.

My Wife and I spent a wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. We have travelled extensively over many years but have rarely come across such a well run and spotlessly clean hotel . From the moment we were greeted by reception to the moment we left nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were made to feel very welcome. The bedrooms whilst small by modern standards ( due to planning restrictions due to lovely location) had everything you needed included a super comfy large bed. So comfy and quiet in fact I had the best weeks sleep Id had in years. Food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was of very good quality although if I had the tiniest request it would be for a few more ‘wet’ options for dessert like yoghurts or ice cream etc . What we particularly liked were the Butler pantries on each floor that with your room key provided access to Ice, cutlery, glasses, etc and a range of food and drink products you could self select and charge to your room. It was so refreshing to be trusted like adults . The pools both inside and outside were again beautiful and immaculately maintained . The adjacent access and sundeck areas to the sea were equally lovely. The hotel was situated on a wooded peninsular outside of Pula with nice walks . Getting to Pula was easy with getting Ubers although we also hired a car for a few days and again the hotel were really kind with our parking. We had the most relaxing week and were genuinely able to switch off because literally we actually felt like proper adult guests. We deliberately went outside of school holiday period so hotel was quieter and predominantly adult's only so not able to comment if it would have been the same experience had it been busier but thats for others to review. Huge thanks from us to all the management and staff for making our stay so amazing - outstanding .

We spent my wife's birthday at the Grand Park Brioni and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely attentive and the location is simply stunning. Our sea-view room offered a special experience – falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous hotel, immaculately clean everywhere. Beautifully decorated, carpeted and such classy design in all areas. Breakfast choice superb, service throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. Reception staff extremely accommodating. We had the buffet dinner one evening which was nice but a little pricey at €50 pp plus drinks on top. Maybe €30 would entice more people to try it. The terrace bar offers light meals too and is the perfect place to watch the sunset for a pre-dinner cocktail. Pool area is really nice, plenty of sunbeds available in September. Location is perfect, places to stroll and close to several restaurants. Only 15 minute bus ride to Pula €2 or Uber between €6 &€12 each way. Only one minor gripe, the seal on the bottom of the shower door could do with a scrub but no big deal. I would highly recommend Grand Brioni and would love to return.
