Dreams Curacao May 2026 Room good view but smells moldy had to spray my cologne to stand it the food at two restaurants was cold planning on another one tonight since we have 4 nights lefts otherwise the hotel needs updates the restaurants do not have any salt or pepper on the table or sugar, they conserve on supplies, we travel quite often. this is not close to 3 or four resort I hope Hyatt takes a good look at all the places they own including this one first. I Told the Staff about the smells and food even told the sales guy who tried to sell us the Hyatt program.

We booked a preferred club ocean view deluxe King room. Our travel agent had spoken to two different people at the resort on two different occasions to make sure we were booking what we wanted which was adults only. Upon arrival we were informed we were not in the adults only area. But we were considered VIP. When we arrived at our room it was a room with two queen beds. There was no walk-in shower which is what was supposed to be with our King room. The door to the bathroom did not fully close. The grab bar was on the far wall of the shower/tub and it was loose. Resort as a whole seem to be an older resort that maybe needed to have some updates done to it. The staff was all very friendly. Aside from not receiving the room we booked, (and yes I talked to two different people trying to get them to move us to the room we booked but they said they had none available) our biggest complaint was the food. It was not up to par to a Hyatt resort with the Dreams name. The buffet food was cold most of the time. Even some of the restaurants had cold food. The food was not consistent in restaurants that we ate at more than once. The best restaurant was the Italian restaurant. We actually got hot food and great service! This is not a 3 star hotel. This is the first so inclusive that we've been disappointed in.

Great place to go see. Beautiful views and decent food! We went for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to go back!
