We decided to come here for a bachelorette trip and we truly had the BEST time at this location. The rooms were clean, atmosphere was amazing, the vibes were always up and there was so much to do and enjoy. The staff also are extremely amazing at what they do and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our time with them! Naseem, Matthew, and Piloto were some of our favorite staff members that made our trip unforgettable with their energy, care and overall commitment to fun. Cannot wait to come back again!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and wanted to share my concerns regarding several issues that significantly impacted my experience. First, the check-in process was unacceptable. We arrived and checked in around 2:30 PM, yet our room was not ready and we were unable to access it until after 5:00 PM. Waiting over two hours for a room after check-in was very frustrating and created a poor start to our vacation. Additionally, the service throughout the resort was disappointing. The restaurant staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. My daughter and I waited approximately 25 minutes without being acknowledged while staff members walked past us and continued talking amongst themselves. We should not have had to wait that long just to receive basic acknowledgment and service. Unfortunately, we experienced similar treatment at COCO Café. Staff members appeared to have attitudes when we asked questions and did not provide friendly or helpful customer service. I have stayed at several resorts including Dreams, Breathless, and Zoëtry properties, and I can honestly say this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had, second only to Panama. As a Hyatt member, I expected a much higher level of service and hospitality. This experience did not reflect the standards I have come to expect from Hyatt-affiliated properties. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan on returning to this resort.
