Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Very nice! Worth the trip. Beautiful property! Awesome pools, good food, and the beach is getting better every day! Plan to come back.

We had a great time at this resort. The gentlemen that worked the resort were fantastic. Especially Christopher. He was always helpful, always had a smile, loved to joke and laugh, but most of all made sure we had a good time and had everything we needed. Juan and Mario were also helpful. It was a fun time. The resort could use a better “house wine” but that’s my only complaint.

We visited on March 20-27th and had a king, swim out , preferred club Oceanview room in Building 1 (Room 1005). It was a beautiful and clean room. It’s very open and there is not a lot of privacy in the shower/bathroom area. I think they could put in a privacy screen for those that might want it. Thank you Santiago for delivering the beer to my hubby in our room! Everything was so good! The food yummy, the service and people could not be better. They were pleasant and helpful to us. Special shoutout to Robert (and sorry but I didn’t get the other server staff’s names) in the Olio! They were so good at their jobs and really work hard to provide the best service! The big con is the beach! We knew all about it before we went so we didn’t expect anything different BUT I am a beach person and thought I would be ok with it, I wasn’t and for that reason only I would not go back. I love a nice beach to walk in to when I’m hot and I love huts to sit under. The cabanas and umbrellas just don’t give enough shade for my liking. Special shoutout to Alejandro who works at the beach providing towels and making sure everyone is taken care of!!! He ran all week, all day long in the heat making sure everyone had towels, loungers and whatever else they wanted! Thank you so much Alejandro!!! He was even helping with all the trucks coming and dumping sand as they were trying to repair the beach and make it better! All in all we had a great week!

Tried a new AI in the Dominican Republic. Wasn’t expecting much since our last AI in the DR wasn’t the best experience. We stayed at the Hyatt Dreams Cap Cana. Everything about the resort was amazing. The food was great, hospitality and cleanliness were amazing. Above all our butler Heriberto went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He went out of his way to always check on us and the kids to see if they needed anything. Would definitely go back!!!
