Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa

While our wedding at Dreams Cap Cana was beautiful, we are extremely disappointed with the post-wedding support and legal document processing. We were married on February 14, 2026, and more than 3 months later we still have not received our official marriage certificate despite numerous follow-ups with the wedding planning team. Communication has become inconsistent, and the delay is now impacting important legal and military benefit updates. We invested around $30,000 into our wedding experience and expected significantly better communication and support after the event. We hope management and Hyatt Inclusive Collection help resolve this matter quickly.

I had a great time and enjoyed my stay at the Dreams Cap Cana , it's a quite, beautiful place ,with nice, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and nicely cleaned rooms , great food, specialty Restaurants Toura Steakhouse, Candela Caribbean Grill, Maravento Italian, Coco Cafe, excellent service, great ambience and tasty food. Staff, Franklin, Johnathan, Leandro, Manulka, thanks for making My stay more pleasant. Entertainment yulibel " la Barbie" , Elián, thanks for all the dancing and fun times. Hotel is well maintained, very clean, garden are well maintained, I love the pool aerea, bars, night entertainment , beer 🍺 place, Discoteque. Coco café 24 hours love it. I will definitely come back to this hotel and definitely will recommend to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and relaxing vacation. See you soon 😊

Stay away!!!! You spend a ton of money for all inclusive and they don't even have a dinner buffet, it closes in the evening. Given there is no buffet doing dinner everyone goes to the limited Restaurants and if it is full you are screwed. We had to go off property one night to get dinner.

I didn’t have HIGH expectations coming here because of all the mixed reviews I read but took a risk anyway. The resort and rooms are beautiful and clean. The pool area by Sea Legs is fun when they play good music but that’s about it. Liquor and the frozen drinks are horrible all heavy syrups. The staff at the restaurants and cooking stations are not nice at all! They all have an attitude and feel like you’re a bother to them. The FOOD is the worst we ever had at any resort and we have been to over 20 resorts especially in DR. Which is shocking! They have very low quality dishes, barely any actual Dominican dishes. So disappointing because the resort is beautiful. However the specialty restaurants the food was better, like the steakhouse and Italian. Entertainment at night was boring. They don’t really care about involving or talking to the guests or kids like they do at most resorts. No real entertainment crew. It rained heavy almost every night and the resort had floods and damaged leaking ceilings all throughout. For Cap Cana area, this is unacceptable. Management really needs to take a serious look at the reviews and improve because it has potential but needs work! Also, if you like the beach, just know you can’t swim here, the seaweed took over. We didn’t care because we’re not beach people.

Had a wonderful family vacation here. Food was plentiful and had good variety at the buffet and outside cookouts during lunch. A la carte restaurants were delicious! 24 hour cafe with outdoor seating was a highlight of this trip. Thanks to Oscary and Melissa for their friendliness and great service! The updated rooms, clean grounds and large comfortable pool areas made the stay even more enjoyable. Pickleball was a must every morning with Miguel making it a fun and memorable experience. Would highly recommend this resort!
