Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa

There were a few hiccups but overall we had good time. Great customer service from staff, housekeeping was great. But what made it the best was pool guy Sondra and our Butler Luis. Both made everything much better. Sondro made our pool time the best. Always a smile, and very helpful everyday. Luis was there every day making sure we had what we needed and making it accessible for my hubby and when I was sick he made sure room service brought me what I needed.

It was much more than we expected… our personal Butler Herriberto was wonderful and very helpful throughout our whole trip. We loved our rooms, your pools and the food and drinks by the pools and bar area areas. You have a nice variety of restaurants..

We had an amazing stay at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spacious rooms, stunning pools, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make the experience special. I especially loved the variety of dining options and the overall cleanliness of the property. It’s a perfect spot for both couples and families looking for a luxurious, all-inclusive getaway. 

Just arrived home from a stay at Dreams Cap Cana. The resort was beautiful, especially the pools. The buffet food was mediocre and the service in there was bad, but the Italian, Asian and Steakhouse were good for evening dinners. We particularly loved going to the Palm Bar in the evenings for cocktails. Hector, Tairon and Ruth were all exceptional bartenders and we looked forward to visiting with them every evening we were there.

Certainly don’t go for the beach. Rocky, hard, long walk to water. We read this before going and spent time at the many pools. Checked in as a Preferred Member but found no reason to have spent the extra money. Preferred eating seemed no different than ordinary dining selections. Room was good except the sofa and chair had stains and looked grubby. Checked in on March 4 and on March 7 was sick. March 9 still very ill so we flew home two days early. March 10 tested positive for salmonella. Now March 17 and starting to feel better. I NEVER left the resort prior to flying home. Food and service no more than average. Nothing amazing. Entertainment lame. This resort has a lot to improve on.
