We enjoyed the stay, the room are comfortable with mini bar and coffee maker, bathtub and balcony. Different restaurants of your choice, food and beverages. The beach at Rita’s point is the best, clear pristine and relaxing atmosphere. All Personal are kind and willing to assist you. I will repeat the experience with my family and friends.

Amazing stay at Dreams Playa Esmeralda. Beautiful brand new resort, excellent food, amazing service from the staff esp our butler Winifer who is very reliable, pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay wondeful.

The AC went out on the first night of our stay and the way it was handed by the staff in the lobby wasn't the greatest. We discussed with the manager the next day and she was super nice and helpful. Other than that I had a great experience. Our butler, Juan Carlos was Amazing and the workers, Moana, Pumba, and Pikachu were also amazing! Juan and those 3 workers helped make the experience better after the AC incident.

The resort is phenomenal - new, modern and clean. The staff is very attentive and responsive. We booked as preferred members and honestly, I wouldn’t do it any other way. Access to an additional restaurant, bar with quality spirits and most importantly, an assigned butler. We were thankfully assigned Teo Garcia and he took care of EVERYTHING. From booking restaurants, family photo shoot to constantly checking on us. We had 4 rooms for our family and everyone went to him EVERYTHING! He was always available and seemingly showed up out of nowhere multiple times a day to check on us. My advice - book preferred and request Teo as your butler!
