Wonderful resort - we had outstanding butler's Eudomar and Simon! They were exceptionally helpful and attentive - could not ask for more. The Preferred Pool had one of the best bartenders I've ever had in Kelvin. The entertainment person Brrrrenda (gotta roll the Rs according to her) and high energy and engaging, keeping the afternoons interesting and informative. The beach was the best I've been to in the DR, no seaweed and soft sand. We never had issues getting chairs anywhere in the resort and our butlers made sure we had reservations for dinner every night without waiting. The room was impeccable and constantly resupplied so we always had refreshments if needed. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful Resort. We found most of the food to be great! Brahain was our Butler and he was amazing! He made dinner reservations for each night we were there. He personally ensured we had our Mini Fridge restocked with our beverage choices daily. He checked in on us multiple times each day just to see if we needed anything.

The property location, Miches, was beautifully untouched, you could walk for miles on the beach in both locations without reaching another resort. Our butler at the preferred section, Amarlys Mercedes was amazing, daily in person visits & communication with resort schedule, activities and restaurant information provided exceptional service! She also took care of evening dinner reservations our entire stay and my husband birthday celebration. The staff at the preferred restaurant, Rosewater, Maria Jimenez, waiter; Maria Garcia, Hostess; and Warton the manager provided excellent service. The bartenders and bar staff at the preferred pool were great, pleasant and entertaining! Entertainment staff, including Brenda were amazing and engaging!
