Nous avons bien mangé, belle endroit avec tout les petites attentions de la part du personnel tres accueillant. Congratulations at the enternments teams: Pucca, Brenda,Shaggy and Benjamin Franklin at the animation. We loved to participate to all of your activites in the pool and outside the pool. We recently stayed at Secrets Playa Esmeralda and had the pleasure of being assisted by Simon, who was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Every request, including several special requests, was handled promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.

Great experience, à la carte restaurant with no reservation, natural beaches. Thanks to Yafreigy at the lobby bar for our pre-dinners drinks and Benjamin for the entertainment at the pool. 90 minutes drive went by quickly. Be aware no beach chairs ocean front to protect turtles ground.

We had the most incredible stay and experience while staying at Secrets Playa Esmeralda. The entire time from check in to check out we were treated exceptionally. The food was great, the property is amazing, the beach is perfect, the entertainment was good. This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a secluded, quiet, romantic getaway. Our butler Jesus was on top of it every day. He went out of his way to check in with us, greet us, and make sure we were taken care of. He responded fast to both messages and requests. He was very friendly (always smiling) the entire stay and legitimately cared about our comfort. Another shoutout to Emily working the preferred pool. She noticed the drink I wanted was out of an ingredient and went on her own to find it and have the drink made and brought it to my chair without me even asking her for it. We will definitely be returning.

I enjoyed my stay at this resort. Our butler, Ferando, was a great help. Upon our arrival, he immediately assisted us with check in and a tour of the resort. During I stay, he was very responsive and assisted with any of our needs. We stayed for 3 nights, but I wish it was longer.
