Secrets Tides Punta Cana

I returned to Tides for my 8th visit since it's opening and it never gets old! I want to start with the world class spa and amenities that have been updated. Yomari is the most amazing masseuse that I have ever come across. Yomari takes her time and is very methodical in her approach and practice. I make sure to schedule an appointment with her every visit. Yomari is AMAZING! Our butler, Eli has set the tone for each of our visits. Eli is attentive, knowledgeable and driven by providing the best guest service to enhance the overall experience. You will not go wrong with having Eli, Luis, or Esterling take care of you, they are truly wonderful young men. Thank you Lucia and Alvaro!!!!!! Every evening Desire's is the place to be! Yunebe (I never spell it right), Rosmelin and Francisco do such an amazing job in such a packed bar! Their service is excellent and it matches their beautiful spirits! They work extremely hard and we make sure to tip them well! I must also include Aramis in this group, he is awesome! The entertainment team continues to keep everything live and high energy throughout the day and evening. Cho Cho, Cappuccino, and Teddy lead an extremely organized group of talent, while staying engaged with all guests as well. My visit would not be the same without Sander! Since my first visit (December 2024), Sander has been such a great friend to have, he let's me beat him in pool! I can not forget Justin! Tides has the best entertainment team by far! Trip 9 is coming in a couple months and I look forward to seeing my Tides family again!

Everything was great! We hade the most relaxing 9 days and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Luis was the absolute best and helped us with towels and made sure we had a great spot on the beach. Our butler Mickey was nice and helped us get hibachi reservations. As far as food goes The surf and turf at Oceana and skirt steak at Tierra were our favorite meals.

We went on a work trip with about 8 couples. From the time we got there and all week we had the best experience. The resort itself, the cleanliness, the rooms, pools and beach were all pristine. We loved the preferred experience with a butler and preferred pool. The food was great at all the restaurants and we always found something delcious.

The resort is beautiful! The staff were very nice and accommodating. There was one small area that could have been better which was the beach experience. I was a preferred guest but was passed up for service several times by Alexander. However, compared to everything else my experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I went to Secrets Tides Punta Cana with a group of 25 people for a symbolic wedding ceremony, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We worked with Glaymi Vega as our wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely fantastic. Glaymi is incredibly detail-oriented and made the entire planning process stress-free for both us and our guests. She ensured that the ceremony and reception went exactly as planned, and the setup and decorations were absolutely beautiful. We also chose the Preferred Club for our stay and had the privilege of having Emerson as our butler for the week. Emerson handled every request quickly and professionally, making our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. We highly recommend this resort and the overall experience for anyone considering a destination wedding or group getaway!
