Our hearts are truly full as we reflect on the unforgettable experience we had at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. This was more than just a vacation for us—it was a memory we will carry for a lifetime. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible team members who made our stay so special: At the Front Desk, Yerlin welcomed us with kindness and efficiency, setting the tone for our entire stay. Glendy and Marilyn from Concierge ensured that every request was met with attentiveness and ease. Fabio, our bellman, made us feel immediately at home with his friendly and helpful nature. A special thank you to Ricardo for coordinating our excursions, along with Sandino and Jack from UBZ, who made every adventure seamless and enjoyable. From the Entertainment Team, Anibal brought energy and joy that elevated our experience beyond expectations. At the Preferred Club Lounge, Andyani, Jennifer, and Rafaelina consistently delivered exceptional service with a smile, making every visit feel personal and relaxing. We are especially grateful for the care we received from Butler and Housekeeping. Eliezer (“Pretty Boy”), our butler, went above and beyond in every way, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Luddy and Yanira ensured our room was always immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming—day and night. At Cafe Coco Bar, Jhon, Banesa, Providence, and the entire Coco Bar team created a fun and inviting atmosphere. Miegulina at the Pool Bar kept the good vibes going with excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you as well to Doris and Estefani in the shop for your friendliness and assistance, and to the Sales Room team—Eleazar, Rommel, Kevin, Wandalis, and Jeury—for your professionalism and hospitality. Within the Preferred Club, we were also fortunate to be taken care of by Jorge, Raidiry, Rafael, and Zula, each of whom added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the Spa team—Leidy, Steffany, Elizabeth, and Noemi—for providing a peaceful and rejuvenating experience that helped us fully unwind. Secrets tides is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve visited! If you’re looking for luxury clean aesthetic, great food options, beautiful pools, great beach access, subtle but great entertainment, great drinks and a great time then this is the place to go. Whether as a couple friendship group it’s great! They do go above and beyond for celebrations fyi. EVERYONE who works here have the most beautiful souls so friendly welcoming helpful just the best vibes! Our butler Jaime was one of kind! So attentive, friendly, funny and really helped us put our schedule together with recommendations updates the lot! Couldn’t have Punta-Cana’d without him!!! Yerlin our receptionist was amazing giving us the option to upgrade our rooms and package which was 100% worth it (preferred access) 100% value for the money. Luis our poolside bestie was amazing! Always there with the banter the service just 100/10. Felix and all the bar staff!!! Cocktails are amazing! Location is great too, just 30/40 mins from places like coco bongo, infinity club etc and excursions aren’t too far either. But yes 100/10

We returned from our trip and we immediately want to book again. We loved the restaurants, the bar has premium alcohol and can make almost anything you ask for. The shop in the resort has things you need in case you forgot sunscreen but be prepared to pay extra $$. Our favorite restaurant was the buffet! It’s open breakfast lunch and has a theme dinner every night. It closes for a few hours in between services. The staff at this resort is the best. The resort itself was quiet and relaxed but when you get to the main pool there are tons of activities you can join. Aerobics, Spanish lessons, bracelet making classes etc. We joined activities everyday. Whatever you do find Willy on the entertainment team, he will make every activity memorable. We will definitely be back, get the swim up room!!! It’s worth it.

We just got back from our honeymoon where we stayed at Secrets Tides for a whole week. We loved everything about it! The food was amazing, everything about the resort was beautiful, and all of the workers were very kind and full of energy! Willy (Mr. Coca Cola Light) on the entertainment side, was amazing! He was personable, easy to talk to, and inclusive. He truly made sure everyone knew the activities going on, and wanted to include them, while also respecting guests choosing to not partake. No matter what he worked very hard to create a relationship with us! Willy made our time there so fun and is in some of the memories we will never forget!

Such a perfect experience. The staff truly made the stay feel like I was in heaven. The entertainment staff in particular made our family feel like royalty. Shout out my guy Willy Coca Cola and his posse!!
