Casa Cook El Gouna

Krásné pokoje, odpovídající stránkám Casa Cook hotelů. Nový hotel, tudíž se dodělává ještě okolí, hlavně u pláže. Tam se nachází také skvělý bazén, dostatek lehátek. V bazénu je vyhřívaná voda, takže se i v lednu dalo hezky koupat, jen občas foukalo. U pokoje s vlastním bazénem je venku i sprcha, což je super. Moc dobré snídaně, velký výběr, u bazénu výborné jídlo a pití, hlavně mango džus. 🖤

Našli jsme tento hotel na webu cestovní kanceláře. V lednu jsme zůstali jeden týden a byli jsme neuvěřitelně šťastní. Jídlo bylo skvělé, i když to bylo trochu omezené, pokud tam zůstanete týden. Kvalitní služby a krásná lokalita. Služba byla absolutně jednou z nejlepších věcí na tomto místě. Zvláštní poděkování patří mladému muži jménem „Islam“, který pracoval v restauraci. Šel dál a dál, aby nám dal neobvyklý zážitek. Tento resort je kousek cesty v poušti a el gouna je malé malé místo. Pokud ale chcete někam jít a odpočinout si, je to pravděpodobně jeden z nejlepších hotelů, kde jsem byl. Jedinými negativními věcmi, které jsem během týdne našel, byla tělocvična, která byla opravdu malá a chyběla spousta vybavení, aby se dalo pořádně trénovat. A také seznam skladeb u bazénu se po jednom dni opravdu opakoval. Určitě doporučit toto místo

Konstrukce pokojů je vynikající. Nechte vodu vytéct, aby se zahřála. Neměli jsme s tím žádné problémy. Personál je velmi laskavý a skromný a poskytuje vám ty nejlepší služby. Gamil a jeho přátelé jsou na špičce. Tělocvična ještě není připravena, ale pokud cestujete rádi, můžete cvičit v jiném hotelu ve městě. Poslední řádek je, že jsme měli velmi příjemný pobyt, pochutnali jsme si na jídle (děkuji Černé Hoře) a tento nový hotel bude po dokončení skvělý. Mimochodem, snídaně - hallelujah, habibi!

Tento hotel může rozhodně doporučit. Právě otevřen 1. listopadu. Takže zákazník musí mít určitou trpělivost ohledně účinnosti služeb. Večeře může trvat déle, než se očekávalo, ale jinak jsem byl celkově velmi spokojen s pokojem, oblastí bazénu / pláže a kvalitou jídla (večer a la carte). Všichni zaměstnanci byli velmi přátelští a ochotní. Marina je asi 5 minut jízdy od hotelu, kde najdete různé restaurace.

An unforgettable stay – and the most beautiful moment of our lives! I booked Casa Cook El Gouna as a surprise getaway for a very special occasion: I was planning to propose to my Girlfriend there. But let me start at the beginning. I first contacted Casa Cook on May 7. Shortly afterwards, I received an incredibly warm response from the team, including thoughtful suggestions and genuine excitement about my plans. After several more emails and careful planning with Mr. Mohammed Ali, we finalized the dates and all the details. A huge thank-wyou to Mohammed for his wonderful support! It is also worth mentioning that this was my first real vacation without having to work, so the bar was set extremely high from the very beginning. :) Our stay was planned from May 22 to May 28. After arriving at the airport late in the evening, we were picked up by a chauffeur and driven to the hotel, which was approximately 40 minutes away. The journey itself was already very calm and comfortable. The moment we arrived at Casa Cook, we were amazed. We received a very warm welcome, our luggage was taken care of, and from that point onwards Bakar looked after us. We were given access to the hotel app as well as Bakar’s phone number, so we could reach him whenever we needed anything. As it was already quite late, we had a small meal from the buffet before being taken to our room. Another wonderful surprise was waiting for us there: To make this special occasion even more memorable, Bakar had arranged a room upgrade, giving us the opportunity to stay in a beautiful junior suite. We could hardly contain our excitement and honestly felt as though we were dreaming. The following day, we took some time to explore the hotel and its grounds. You immediately notice that everything here is done to the highest standard – whether it is the service, the food, the privacy or the feeling of complete relaxation. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety every day, and the dinners were fantastic, both at the buffet and à la carte. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly, the resort was beautiful and the views of the sea were simply breathtaking. Another heartfelt thank-you goes to Abdul for his warm and friendly manner and for the wonderful experiences he made possible for us. Thanks to the Casa Cook team, Bakar and Abdul, we were able to witness the most beautiful sunset we had ever seen. Bakar also made sure that my ideas and wishes for the proposal were passed on to the right people. I had imagined a romantic proposal in complete privacy on the beach, followed by a special dinner right by the sea. What can I say? The proposal turned out to be even more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. And most importantly: She said yes! ❤️ Jaqueline took such wonderful care of every detail, contributed her own beautiful ideas and turned the entire occasion into a truly unforgettable evening. This review can only begin to describe how special this vacation was for us. In reality, it was even more wonderful than words could ever express. My conclusion: Casa Cook El Gouna is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The entire team made our stay extraordinary and turned my proposal into the most beautiful experience of my life. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.
